Food (5/5): this was our first time eating here. We loved so many of the flavors we tried! And we ordered one scoop each and loved that they put a waffle triangle in the dish!

Service (5/5): the workers were fantastic in letting us try several flavors since we had never ate there before. They were very patient and helpful!

Atmosphere (5/5): such a clean, bright and contemporary space! Very spacious and fun!

Beautiful eatery! Unlimited ice cream samples! Even the bathroom soap smelled delicious! The staff were so friendly and happy to inform us of the components of all the ice cream flavours. My friends and I could not stop talking about how delicious the waffle cones were! Definitely try the gooey butter cake and brambleberry crisp flavours. I would love a Jeni’s ice cream shop here in Canada :)

Visited this place on my recent visit to Pittsburgh. Tried the brown butter almond brittle and the salty caramel flavour.
I absolutely loved the flavours and will definitely visit again to try some more ice creams this summer.

My favorite ice cream shop in pittsburgh! The ice cream is rich and each flavour is unique and original. I used to eat at Millies often but once I had Jenis, I could not eat at other ice cream shops (maybe except Page’s). Cost $7.50 for two scoops which can be happily shared with a date

This favorite ice cream spot in Pittsburgh! They have space-themed flavors that are truly out of this world. Conveniently located inside Bakery Square, it also offers several pleasant seating areas.

Great ice cream! Lots of fun flavors and a good atmosphere in Bakery Square. Can get a waffle cone with a small scoop then grab a pizza from Alta Via next door and sit at the patio with the hanging lights.

I would say that the prices are higher than a lot of ice cream places though. $6.50 for the smallest scoop size (not a kiddie size). The ice cream is also sweeter than a lot of other ice cream but if you're getting it as a special treat every once in a while, it's really nice.

This place is definitely a place to visit if you are staying in Bakery Square. This was my second time having it and I’m always in awe. My favorite flavor is the Lemon Bar because it reminds me of a lemon tart. Surprisingly it’s even dairy-free. Not that I care about that it was just a perk. Haha. The person that helped me was Jenna and she was awesome. Overall, I’m definitely a fan!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the flavors are AMAZING and change out regularly so there’s always something new to try, or you can opt to stick to the classics. A bit pricy, but not outlandish. And absolutely worth every penny. The staff is so great and ice cream so tasty- you won’t want to leave!

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams has locations in several states, and this new location is the only one in the Pittsburgh area. Jeni’s makes ice creams from unique ingredients such as cayenne pepper, whiskey, popcorn, lavender, etcetera. Recently, I ate the Bramble Berry Crisp and the Mexican Hot Chocolate ice creams, and my husband ate the Milkiest Chocolate and the Brown Butter Almond Brittle ice creams. My flavors were unique, and my husband’s flavors were typical, but all flavors tasted very good. Two scoops of ice cream cost about $6. You can see other prices in one of my attached photos. The employee did a great job with scooping our ice creams, processing our payment, and wishing us a great day. Some booths, tables, and chairs were available to sit at. If you are unable to visit this location, you can still purchase Jeni’s ice creams through their website and some grocery stores.

I am so thrilled to finally have a Jeni’s in Pittsburgh! Whenever I found myself in Columbus it was always a must stop and I feel like I’ve been waiting for a local shop forever! I went to their grand opening recently and it looked like a lot of other people were as excited for it as I was. Their coffee ice cream is probably the best I’ve ever had. I also loved the almond brown butter. There were so many flavors that looked great so I’ll have to go back soon. Also, the staff was friendly and efficient even at the end of a long night with big crowds.

Cosy and modern ice cream store! Good service and clean! Has two gender neutral washrooms as well. Ice cream flavours are plentiful and nothing to complain about! Good job, will be a repeat customer!

I’ve been to Jeni’s a few times now and every time it’s delicious! Really friendly employees and ice cream flavors are unique, rich, and memorable! You can sit inside or outside and the location is excellent. Some of the best ice cream around! Definitely worth the trip!

You can smell the goodness right as you walk in. The ice cream was delicious. Not heavy or overly sugary. Refreshing on a hot day. The location was clean and well lit. Two gender neutral bathrooms with complimentary feminine products

I always love going to this place because the staff is consistently friendly. The best part is the variety of flavors they offer—they always keep it interesting! Even though it can be a bit pricey, around $7-10 per person with all the fixings, I find it worth every penny. Plus, I can't resist getting a pint of Jeni's ice cream. It's so good that I even buy it when I'm not in Pittsburgh. I highly recommend trying their ice cream in a waffle cone or bowl. The texture is amazing—buttery and crisp, just the way I like it.

If you’re even a little bit into Middle Eastern or South Asian (Desi/Indian) foods, trust me—you need Jeni’s Bastani Sonnati flavor in your life. It’s as if saffron, rose water, and pistachio had a magical ice cream baby, and it tastes like heaven itself got a sweet tooth. Seriously, if my version of paradise existed, it would be a bottomless pit of potato fries and this ice cream (kind of tastes like kulfi but better).

Why am I gushing like it’s my long-lost love? Because I can’t let Jeni’s ever think about pulling this flavor from their lineup. I’m not even a dessert person, but I demolished a whole tub in three days. So, be smarter than me and pace yourself—but definitely, definitely go try this flavor!

Working at one of our locations in BkSq and walked over to Jeni's and was warmly greeted and guided along in the ordering process by a VERY kind and cheerful team member. Got the Gooey Butter Cake ice cream and it's AMAZING!

The ice cream is delicious, and they have a good variety of flavors. The single also allows for two flavors, which was a nice surprise. The cup comes with a little piece of waffle cone, and that was unexpectedly very flavorful. I don't even like waffle cones that much and it was good. Nice place.

The manager is AMAZING and so kind!! I met her months ago and then came back again and surprisingly she remembered us! I am from out of town and was so floored by her kindness and smile! She went far above and beyond to be kind to us! She is the reason I come back! And the ice cream is great too!!!

Jeni's Ice Cream is delicious! It is so good. My favorite flavor is Gooey Butter Cake. It is velvety sweet cream ice cream with pieces of decadent butter cake and buttery syrup.
The Jeni's in Bakery Square is really nice. Clean, convenient location. With lots of unique, innovative flavors. A must try that you'll want to visit again and again.
