Avalon was everything and more I could’ve asked for!! First it is absolutely breathtaking and I couldn’t have picked a better place to have my wedding. Second they were so helpful with everything I needed from before I even had my wedding day to the day of. They were very responsive with all of my questions. The day of the wedding they made sure we were prepared with everything we needed. Debbie was such a sweetheart she was there guiding us with what we needed. I can’t rave about them enough!! If you are in the DFW area and need an amazing venue this is it!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather and Alee at Avalon Legacy Ranch for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! This venue is absolutely stunning! There's nothing more beautiful than a rustic/barn yard venue look! We had a small event with friends here and even pulling on to the property gave you a feeling that something magical was going to happen that evening and it did! The inside spoke for itself and is a great place for small events for friends gathering and relaxing. I'd like to thank Hannah Burns for such an amazing evening and hostess for our event! Flying from ATL to Dallas for our graduation party was wonderful! I'd love to come here again for our next one!

I could not have dreamed of such a beautiful and romantic place to get married! Avalon Legacy Ranch far exceeded our expectations the whole way. Not only was the venue itself stunning, but the people who work there made our experience even better with their attention to detail and hospitality. This venue is the perfect place for an intimate and special wedding day. The indoor and outdoor spaces are all unique and beautiful. The ceremony location was so beautifully surrounded by trees and nature that we did not feel the need to go over the top with decor. The wedding photos that we got from this venue are truly unique and irreplaceable! Choosing this wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!

We had a beautiful fall wedding at Avalon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Debi and Alee were wonderful throughout the entire process and even supplied us with loads of great planning resources and checklists to make sure we felt supported and organized. Our wedding day went so smoothly in large part due to their professionalism and hospitality. The venue itself is a treasure with more scenic, stunning photo opportunities than you can count accented by a really comfortable yet intimate atmosphere with unique touches. They have a solid reputation with preferred (and other) vendors as well. Highly recommend.

When my husband and I were initially looking for a wedding venue the moment we walked into Avalon we knew we had found our place. The venue is beautiful and allowed us to create the perfect ambience for our wedding night. Our guests were so impressed with the venue! But most importantly, Alee, Heather and Debi were wonderful to work with from day 1. They answered all of our questions and kept in touch throughout the entire process.
2 weeks have passed since our big day and we are still in awe, it was a perfect day ❤

Beautiful venue! I had my wedding here back in October and it was such a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs and wants. The day of my wedding they took care of all vendors so I had a whole day to prepare with my bridesmaids without any distractions. They even let me have my two dogs participate and be apart of my wedding which was huge since they are my babies!!

Avalon Legacy Ranch is such a stunning venue! From a photography perspective, it has the most beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for photos, and the unique outdoor reception area creates such a romantic atmosphere. The photos look straight out of a fairytale!

I planned my wedding by myself, and there is so much that goes into it that you would never know until you experience it yourself. Some venues charge for what should be included or are completely inflexible. Not Avalon. Avalon's team made sure that I, the bride, had what I wanted. It rained on my wedding day. Going into the day I was nervous about the forecast, but the Avalon team said we'll push the ceremony, bring it inside, whatever you want to do and you can make that decision any time that you want. We are team bride! They were true to their word! Not only that, but they showed me pictures of ceremonies brought onto the patio because of rain and they were gorgeous, so no need to worry. We loved Avalon! Can't go wrong!

I am blown away by Avalon Legacy Ranch. Not only is it a beautiful venue with a cozy outdoorsy vibe but they have the most amazing staff. Alee and Debi are the most attentive and supportive hosts and worked closely with my Husband and so throughout the entire wedding planning process. I would recommend them and Avalon 1000%

Alee and the team truly went above and beyond for us at this beautiful venue! We were coming from California and Alee spared no effort in making sure all our needs and questions were met. The venue itself was incredibly beautiful as well. It rained on our wedding day and they covered setup at Avalon had had all our guests loving the venue almost more. Couldn't have wished for a better day!

Avalon Legacy Ranch and the entire team there are absolutely INCREDIBLE! My husband and I got married at ALR in November of 2018 and almost two years later I still would not change a single thing. From our first tour we knew we wanted to get married there but looked at a few other venues just to be sure, and nothing even compared! Every single inch of this venue, both inside and outside, has clearly been given so much love and detailed attention from the staff and it really shines through. The house and deck are gorgeous, the walk down to the outdoor chapel is beautiful, and the outdoor chapel itself is amazing (pictures don’t even do this venue justice)!

One of my biggest concerns with having an outdoor wedding in Texas during November was the weather. Would it be 30 degrees or 100 degrees? Would it be sunny and amazing or pouring rain? Luckily at ALR it really doesn’t matter either way. Their “backup” ceremony location on the deck is equally as gorgeous as the outdoor ceremony site and they have plenty of ways to help you combat the Texas heat or cold! When I say they are prepared to help you with anything….they really are! They are very flexible with vendors but can also give you great recommendations if you aren’t sure who to use. There was also a lot of flexibility around scheduling times for tours, engagement photos, and rehearsal times, which was extremely helpful since we lived two hours away. As a whole, the venue is run by incredible people who clearly take pride in their work and want to make each wedding as wonderful as possible. Our entire wedding day ended up being so filled with joy and love (with 0% stress) and a huge part of that was because of the venue and the people who run it.

We also chose to use Alee as our month of coordinator and WOW she is so sweet and wonderful. Alee is an incredible human and was the reassuring voice that you just sometimes need, especially when you’re trying to figure out how to plan a wedding. She helped us through some last minute planning, rehearsals (both on the deck and at the chapel because I always feel the need to be prepared lol), she handled setting up the decor, she helped keep everyone on track, made sure my stuff got into our getaway car, got us to our exit, sent us off with some leftovers from the caterer, and was just overall so incredibly wonderful!

TLDR: This venue is outrageously gorgeous and working with Alee is a dream! Having our wedding here was the best decision we made!

Me and My husband had an amazing experience here! 10/10. Grounds were so beautiful and lush. Staff was also amazing and attentive. Will absolutely recommend to anyone ! ❤ thank you Avalon !

It's an absolutely gorgeous venue. Everything about the grounds and buildings have such perfect rustic vibes to them. And Debbie and Alee are such amazing owners. They were so helpful for every step of the planning process and gave amazing lists of vendors to work with. Can't recommend this venue for your wedding enough

My sister in law just had her wedding at this venue. At the last minute my husband and I decided to bring our 18 month old, and as anyone can imagine, a busy toddler needs someone on him 24/7. Everyone involved with the venue was attentive, polite, professional, and willing to go out of their way to make guests comfortable. When I had to stay inside and miss the meal, my food was brought to me. When trying to get my son down for a nap, the manager (I believe you were, I hope that information's correct) offered me her pack and play. I appreciate everyone's patience and kindness, especially as this was my baby's first real trip away from home and my husband and I weren't sure how he'd behave when out of his element. Trust you and your guests are in good hands should you decide to plan your event here :)

Additionally, it's a pretty picturesque location. Good spots for photo ops outside and especially inside. Very clean and plenty of restrooms. Loved the bridal suite.

Great place to have a wedding. Wow! I DJed a wedding here over the weekend, and Ally, the wedding planner, was fantastic to work with. She was a clear communicator and made my job very enjoyable.

They had good power sources all over the facility for my speakers and equipment, and they even had tables already set up for me.

The acoustics are fantastic. I had some of my speakers set up on the hill where the ceremony was held, and you could hear it crisply playing while you walked all the way from the main cabin to the ceremony site.

My only complaint is that there was no place to park nearby so that I could unload my equipment, so that meant making several long trips back and forth carrying my equipment all the way up to the ceremony site.

Overall, I would definitely love to come back to this venue as a guest, host, or DJ!

A boho wedding dream! If you're planning a quaint celebration, don't sleep on this open air venue. Complete with bar, kitchen and upstairs balcony, this space is perfect for hosting your ceremony. My favorite part, however, is the stained glass/chandelier combo in the altar space. Can't wait to capture more amazing memories here!

My daughter was married here last week. She wanted a venue that was more personal, not too "cookie-cutter" or corporate. Avalon Legacy Ranch provided the setting for a beautiful outdoor wedding in their wooded chapel and a fun-filled reception on the covered porch. The gorgeous Ranch House adds another personal element to the event with several rooms of seating areas for those folks who would rather visit than dance. This is a family-run venue, and Debi, the owner, along with her daughter-in-law Alee, are pretty laid back, but will work hard to make your event a success. Our amazing caterer managed to pull off a plated meal for us, but this venue is probably better suited to a buffet/style meal. 150-160 guests fill this place up.
