Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Bank of America Clifton Park has the nicest employees. They are ALWAYS helpful and fully staffed. On this occasion Mary Mehrangiz helped me out with a difficult transaction. She couldn't have been more polite. Thank You Ms. Mary!!!!!!! 🖖Live Long and Prosper.

Pretty friendly folks. Chase B. was extremely helpful and showed he has a heart. Best experience I have ever had at a BOA branch. They have a drive up ATM and four machines inside.

I used the BOA Clifton Park branch as my major bank for 10 years and 100% satisfied.

I was at bank this morning to open a new account Emon was there to help me with all my needs he was amazing and very helpful with everything I need it done very patient and understanding of all . If you need a great costumer service and a smiling face don't hesitate and ask for him.

Great staff, always very friendly and warm. I go out of my way to go to this branch just for that reason.

Efficient and friendly services

Always busy and understaffed but when you finally get your turn the reps are friendly and helpful.

Erik Dowgos was extremely helpful with one of the issues had. He went above and beyond to make sure i got the help i needed. However, the service/ teller line was extremely dysfunctional. And the systems were so slow that after an hour or so i eventually had to leave without being able to pay my car loan. James in the teller line was very professional and kind, but the bank itself needs a lot of work. I can see why this bank got such poor reviews. 😕

I’m fortunately not a customer of this bank. Unfortunately my employer is. Every time I go to cash my paycheck there is an issue. I am never there less than 15 minutes. I am consistently harassed about opening an account I don’t want with Bank of America. Today they were having computer issues so I was asked to sit down while they wait on their customers first. James the manager even told me condescendingly to just take it to my own bank. I shouldn’t have to. This is where the check was written to. Stop treating people badly, and maybe you will get more stars.

Don't want to name bash but the indian/guyanese man that works there doesn't know how to do his job, i asked him to do simple task that I do at everyother branch and his respone as we stopped doing thatva month ago to get out of work. May be the last time I ever use this bank or at least come in person.

Told me they set up my account so it would pull from savings if my checking was low. Charged me overdraft fees then fees on top of fees. Good luck ever getting a dime of mine again. I recommend SEFCU right down the street.
