Excellent CB shop! Was there when they opened Friday the 9th of June. Owner was getting ready to go out out of town and was nice enough to delay his trip and help me get what I thought were major issue's with my radio fixed. This man knows what he's doing. I'm called hillbilly on the radio and those who knows me know, if I say it's a great CB shop it is! My new go to CB shop

I have a Stryker Radio needed coax and antenna plus wanted it all installed. I called Mule City, Tim answered. He said he had all the parts for sale but they didn't do installs. Here is the kicker, Tim took the time to instruct me on how to do everything, what could be potential problems and the solutions. We talked while I hooked the radio up. He then told me what each know was for, where it showed be set. I recommend Mule City whole heartedly. Extremely nice, friendly, knowledgeable and go out their way to help people.ACLASS ACT

Visited the radio shop today. I took a radio into them. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and attention to me and my questions. I will return again if I need any additional assistance or if I want to buy another radio. Thank you for your time and help today.

I truly appreciate them getting my CB radio fixed. Also bought a new radio to have as backup. Great place to do business! Even though a 2 hour drive for me it was worth it. Would highly recommend!

I'm 2 Hours away but have business to do several times a Month in the Raleigh area so just a small detour on I-95 during my way back to ILM. Been coming here for well over a Year now and bought at least a half dozen radios for various vehicles from Miata to 32' motorhome and ancillary equipment.

Always a good experience and value for the money or just good advice on whatever my latest idea/project might entail. I'll be there tomorrow (5/3/22) to see about a problem with squelch on a Galaxy 949HP only on AM and some advice about a Cobra 29 I have Vs. a Galaxy 959 or another 949 and K-40 Vs, Stryker for my wife's vehicle before I drive it up to Maine knowing she plans to sell it and get another vehicle there and leave it there during the cold season while we come back to NC so unknown what vehicle it'll go into.

If it will take a bit to complete the repair/tune there's a Waffle House nearby (shameless plug.. my wife worked for them in ILM for 16 Years before we retired)! I'm open to hearing about local eateries though when I need one as that's my preference when traveling.

Edit.. Lol I bought a 959 while I was there and Cindy at Waffle House took good care of me while repair and tuning of the other (new) radio were being performed.

The owner knows radio's and everything about CBs. Will go the extra mile to make sure your equipment his right and performing . My go to CB shop

Wish I would have found him before I bought my cobra somewhere else, I installed it myself and was having trouble getting it tuned and a freind told me about him, he got everything fixed up, very fast service and great prices will definitely return in the future

Very nolagable of all the different cb's that come into his shop. He knows how to work on them and get the quality out of the radio's. I would definitely take my equipment back for repairs and recommend his shop.

Had a connex 33hpc-1 brought it to Tim told him to call me when it was right and light the knobs up he aligned it put his swing kit (the mule kicker) and the knobs on one of the best radios I have ever had
