I mean let’s just be honest, there is nothing like a good pair of Lululemon yoga pants! And unfortunately, our teenage daughters have found this out as well! Lol. I’ve been spending quite a good amount of time and money there lately again the teenage daughter. Although I like that, it’s a sporty look I like that it’s comfortable. I like that it’s not too revealing… Overall, I am happy to buy her these essential pieces as part of her wardrobe!

My experience here was superb! I love the selection of clothes and jackets they had. Their sale rack was small but they did carry more variety of clothing than other stores I’ve been into.

The store was also clean, not too crowded, and the staff were helpful if any help was required!

My first experience in this store (a long time ago) it was not good at all! However, I have been going there for the last months and it’s a great experience every time! The store is always busy and full but they manage to help you faster and very attentive! Recently I had to go there 5 times in a month, it took us a while to figure out the color and number of my husband favorite work pants! And they were kind, patient and very helpful! I highly recommend it!!

Kevin the store manager has great customer service skills. He was very friendly and helpful with my return. I can’t forget to mention the other two male employees near the register that were also outgoing and friendly. You are very fortunate to have such great employees Lululemon!

I have not been into the Derby St. store in a few years. I want to share how helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly everyone was. It was a pleasure and I will be back soon! Thank you to all of your employees who worked today - they were wonderful! The date is 4-4-2022, it was 5PM. :)

The customer service here is superb! The staff is friendly and make an effort to help . I brought in 3 pants to be hemmed it was quick and efficient. They will mail them back to my home as I live on the Cape. I LOVE this location !

I brought in a winter jacket looking for an alteration after I had ripped one of the seems. Unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair. The store manager offered to replace it with a brand new jacket free of charge. The store was extremely busy but they still took the time to discuss possible, alteration methods and ultimately the option to replace the jacket for me. Very happy with my experience here, customer service is top notch.

Just called to order something over the phone, the girl was amazing! She was so nice and understanding about everything! Usually when I call other stores they can be not so nice but she was great! So thank you!

Its pretty pricy but let me tell you their customer service is so great! I tore a pair of my pants and they sent me a gift card to get a new pair! How great is that!

“Honestly, I felt spoiled.” These were my 20-year old daughter ‘s words after visiting the Lululemon at the Derby Street shoppes yesterday. Shout out to Kirstyn and Tara for making her experience such a happy one.

I love this store and the community classes they offer. You get to try out different instructors from local yoga studios.

I found everything that I was looking for at Lululemon in the Derby Street Shops in Hingham! The staff is very friendly and helpful, I'll be back on Tuesday, lol
