Justin and his team are top notch! They have served at our winery in a few different capacities - Serving our live music crowds on a weekly basis from their food truck. They fully catered and served for our Mothers Day Brunch, a ticketed event. They served a steak dinner for our Valentines event. Most recently they prepared and delivered a baked potato bar for a staff meeting. Delicious, beautiful food every time. As you can see, they are our go-to catering company.

Great food. Great staff. Justin was able to provide a delicious set meals while taking into account my LONG LIST of food allergies while doing weekly meal preps. Knowing that the food is safe to consume is a big deal for me. He catered a few weddings I attended locally and the food held up well in transit and served wonderfully. Charcuterie boards are FIRE. His deserts , especially the gluten free cookies are delicious. 10/10 recommend.

I had the pleasure to hire The Cockpit Catering for my personal events. They did an entire spread for new years, keeping in mind, our theme of good Luck and prosperity. Everything was spectacular and my guests were extremely happy and they enjoyed every single bite. They are hired for all my new Year's Eve celebrations form now on.

I have also had their food in-house. I love their fried green tomatoes, their burgers are delicious, and their Ruben! Don't forget their cookies!

My team and I work with Justin on various meal adventures. Each year we work with Justin to give 4 dinners to families for Thanksgiving. Every year we are genuinely grateful for the phenomenal service and care that is put into this event. He doesn’t just make a generic thanksgiving meal. The brine for the turkeys is FLAVORFUL, and the meat is not dry!!! The side dishes are also the same, packed full of flavor and done perfectly. Every family that has been given these meals have delivered this feedback and also my business partner confirmed when she bought an extra meal for her own family this year.
We have also had a charcuterie grazing board set up for a open house event and he also knocked it out of the park with that.

Love love love Justin and his team. They catered for us and each dish was made perfectly. You can tell he pours his heart and soul into each and every single thing he makes! And he does it with a smile on his face! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for catering anywhere in the NWA area! Can’t wait to hire him again!

Justin and his team worked with me to customize our daughter’s “Happily Ever After” reception- we had food representing the bride & groom’s history- including making atchara and lumpia!, and Greek food (where they wed). They were flexible (made our family recipe), communicative, reliable, professional!! They did a great job!!

Everytime I have went I have always had a wonderful time. The food is always so fresh, and good (the spruce goose salad is seriously to die for!!). Philana, and Rosa are always so friendly, fast, and joyous. They make the dining experience elevated to a different level. I recommend this place very often! Soooo excited for their new location opening up in Farmington. One reason I was sad about moving was because of this gem. I’m so blessed they are getting more locations, because they will always have my business 🫶🏻

This place is fantastic, first started visiting this spot during the padamic when we were looking for something tasty while supporting local. .we have been hooked since and will continue to follow this amazing chef to all of his locations
