The raspberry cheesecake ice cream cake is one of a kind ! I love the mix of cake batter along with the layer of cheesecake alongside the graham cracker crust.

We purchased an ice cream cake! Staff asked if we wanted writing on it, we declined. They have 4 or 5 premade flavor combos that come in small or large sizes.We chose the Oreo, it was perfect!

Our favorite dessert stop whenever we take a walk through Murray. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative when you want to try their flavors. If you are a regular, don’t forget to ask for their punch card. After using the card for 10 ice creams, you get one free. It will take a while to get the free one though. A better option is to sign up for their club. Once you sign up, you’ll start receiving their BOGO offers frequently which is cool.

I love this location! Wonderful ice cream, served by a lovely staff. They are always at least polite, if not very friendly, making small talk etc (which isn't very important to me, but I know it is to some people). It's a bit expensive for me, but I don't mind very much because the portions are large and the quality is wonderful. A small cup is more than enough for me. Great treat to celebrate payday Friday!

It is a great place with amazing flavors for ice cream lovers. Though it seems to me that it is a bit expensive compared to some other ice cream places.

Today, 06/28/2020, I went into Cold Stone Creamery for the very first time. They were a little backed up, and as the line grew the staff kept kindly apologizing to everyone. All of the staff there were super sweet and friendly - which is a MUST in food service. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious. Overall a great experience! I don't know the names of anyone who was working there today but I would just like to give a shout out to all of them because they dealt with large orders, picky customers, a long line, and a slew of grubhub orders, all well doing their very best to keep the pandemic policies... and they did it in a friendly and polite way! :)

Loved the location. Service and wait staff very polite, positive, professional, and knowledgeable. For being young, they are well on their way to being on the fast track to promising careers. Store was very clean. All food items were fresh, well served and presented and delicious! Highly recommend for a treat for the kids, date night, or a cold snack on a hot day!

Amazing Ice Cream Cakes. BEST EVER!!!

There were only two workers, but they managed to get us waited on in a timely manner. They were quick, personable, and courteous. The two worked very hard to take care of the customers. Thank you for your hard work! The food quality was great too!

Friends don't let friends eat grocery store ice cream! That being said, Cold Stone is the best ice cream there is. It's made fresh, in store and from real ingredients. It's rich like cheesecake and very sweet so be prepared. I always get an altered Caramel Turtle Temptation. (Cake Batter Ice Cream. Double caramel and pecans. You can also get fudge in it too.) I get in in a cardboard bowl and just eat a waffle bowl by itself since they're better when not soggy. Also, a Cotton Candy Cheesecake Swirl is amazing (it's just cotton candy ice cream mixed together on the stone with cheesecake ice cream then served) - you can also do this with Strawberry instead of Cotton Candy. And don't be afraid of mix ins!!

This location wasn't busy, I'm guessing the after-holidays cookies and pies hangover had an affect on the slowness. Staff was awesome and made a great concoction for me and my son! Definitely will be back!

Friendly folks working here. It's the coldstone experience you know and Like. Or love. Or gotta have. I go like because the prices gouge and my sister and I split one on my birthday and it was just right. Have always loved the add in topping idea. I recommend reading the signature combos and taking inspiration to make your own. Treat yourself!

Not excited that the free birthday Ice cream only comes with purchase. What if I was alone on my bday and just wanted a free ice cream but your corporate update made that sad? Just saying it used to just be free.

The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the amazing sugar-sweet smell. Then, the assortment of mix-ins. Finally, the ice cream flavors, front and center. They really encourage samples, so if it's not busy I recommend trying all of them. Then, to save a little bit, just get two or three flavors of ice cream mixed together with no mix-ins (since your first mix-in is free, they should take off a little bit if you get none).

Literally the best ice cream I've ever had. I'd eat here every day if I had the money... and didn't care about gaining a thousand pounds.

The staff are over the top nice. There is one younger man that works there and was so sweet, he gave me coupons for next time! I ordered 2 cakes in the last 2 months and they were delicious!

I love this place!😄. I ordered chocolate Ice cream on a chocolate cone, I REALLY LIKE CHOCOLATE 😆, but they are plenty of flavors, and different toppings to try. So if you are near, and want a sweet dessert, this is your place.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! The workers in here always smile and the vibe of the store is very positive. I love to get ice cream and frappes here at least once a week because they are delicious and its nice to see everyone's smiling faces!! I commend this stores managment and team!

I love the Cookie Dough'nt You Want Some, it's my favorite flavor. It's always fun to watch them put your flavo together and mix it up. Then portions are rather huge, so be warned... You might want to share.

I just loved Cake batter with KitKat and chocolate fudge it was simple amazing. Cannot wait to go again... Best ice cream I had in recent times..
