Mad River Gardens

Love this place. Great selection of plants and potting soils. My favorite place to get amendments bc they have bulk bins so you can get as little or as much as you want! Also, the bulk potting soil and compost options are perfect. Wheelchair accessible store and bathroom.

Always a pleasure, great selection of plants and products. Staff is always friendly and professional, and at least one yard cat roaming. Discount plant section is usually good selection as well! Tons of really nice Native Plants that grow amazing in our climate, many need little water when it's warm and drier, and tolerate the rains and fog just fine. Awesome fruit tree and shrub selections, and they will do their best to take special orders if you can contact them during the proper season for things like bare root trees. Both my apple trees fruited the year I planted them.

Love their selection or plants we were on a schedule today but we'll love to go back and browse for other things

We needed advice for garden amendments also things to use for ridding snails and slugs from the garden. They were very helpful employees and they satisfied our needs. A awesome place to shop 😎

First time I came to Mad River Gardens, I was browsing. The people were great, kind, and knowledgeable, furthermore the cashier helped me will all my question. And finally I was excited to find out that the price are incredibly cheap.
