This afternoon we went to get a Hot Spot connected and we were greeted by a young lady by the name of KATRINA at the Charles Town WV location. She went out of her way to travel to another state Winchester VA to get us the HOTSPOT we wanted. We are so grateful for her hard working dedication. Keep up the good work. Best experience yet at a T-Mobile. I had the pleasure of being helped by CJ. Who was very helpful in getting my new phone set up! Oh wow! Was having a problem switching providers to T-Mobile and man was I lucky to find this store! CJ and Dave are excellent representatives and they were able to help me out and resolve a technical issue with my phone. Came to the store for a phone upgrade. Never been to an actual tmobile store as I was using best buy while they were still contracted with tmobile. I got the privilege of working with Cj for this process. He was very helpful and answered all questions in a way I could understand! Definitely recommend this location for your electronic needs!

Went to this T-Mobile 2/16/24 morning and got amazing service from a younger gentleman that not only patiently helped me with my phone but kept me company and held conversation for the waiting process. A pleasant and productive visit!
