Went in to pick up some Hood Supports for my 98 Ford F150. Slade assisted me in the purchase and also showed me how to adjust the support to fit. At the end he even offered to put them on for me, and through his efforts it started raining but he continued until it was completed. I just wanted to THANK him for going above and beyond. Ron G

AMAZING customer service. I can't remember the employee's name, but the woman that helped me buy my battery yesterday (3/15/22) at around 4pm was an absolute gem. I didn't feel like I was getting scammed like when I go to other places. The woman and one of her coworkers helped install my battery CRAZY fast!! This team is great and definitely deserves recognition for all their hard work.

I had to get new wipers for my van and since I am disabled I was not able to put them on Two of the employees were so kind to help me put them on (even though it took about 15 minutes to get new ones on) I was impressed by how nice they were to me and I hope they know how thankful I was for them!😊

Rojas helped me replace my alternator, found the right part, helped me return my product, and even helped me find the right tools to replace the alternator in front of auto zone. He was very kind and personable and I will be returning if I need any other help. I am very thankful for such a courteous experience

So I had to go get a new battery for my car today … had the best experience with Laurie… omg this woman is amazing!!!! She so so helpful and friendly . Best experience I’ve had at this place!! She needs a good raise! She went above and beyond to help me.

All the guys that work here have become friends to me more than any other place I frequent. Always willing to help and solve problems. THEY WON'T TELL YOU SOMETHING IF THEY DON'T KNOW! Which, when it comes to auto repairs, is extremely important.

Every time I have been in here the staff has been incredible helpful. From helping me to put on a windshield wiper in the rain to checking my battery out because my car had not started. Highly recommend them!

This store is fantastic... 90% of the time I am in and out. While all Auti Zones are the same, this one is above all others as all the employees know what's going on and are helpful to the point of helping diagnose the vehicle. I am so lucky to have this store a block from my house!

Walked in and BAM she was right there asking if she could help with anything. Told her I was looking for wiper blades for my 07 tahoe 4x4. She looked it up on the computer went and got them for me. Totally impressed with the service. In and out in under 10 minutes.

I was needing to get some specialty adhesive to glue a part back on my car and I called around to other parts stores and no one was able to help me but Rojas at AutoZone did. They have always been able to help me with anything for my car or pickup. Thank you for helping me get my wife's car fixed.

I love this place. Went in on a Friday evening to get brake calipers, they had to order them, other parts were in stock. Promised them by 9am the next day, they called at 807 that they were in. The core exchange was a breeze.
