I have taken both my car and my husband's car here. The staff did an excellent job on both. Mine needed regular maintenance, oil change and a new fuse for the phone charger port. My husband's needed an emergency tire replacement. Wesley was able to answer all my questions and is extremely professional. Wesley was also very knowledgeable and helpful with both vehicles which had vastly different needs. I have recommended this location to my parents who have been struggling to find a closer location to take their cars to. Excellent staff who are all very knowledgeable and professional. There is also a nice clean waiting room if you want to wait for your car.

Appreciate the fast, quick and easy service.. I have a couple of other vehicles that are needing the same attention and will get this done in the near future. All technicians were friendly and polite, and seemed knowledgeable at what they were performing.

Wayne was very courteous and professional with changing the oil in our Volvo. Explained about our tire tread and brakes. Not pushy, and explained to us what they can do and the cost for the vehicle check.

Express Oil can be busy most times (as to be expected with this type of business), so that's not something people should get worked up about. That's like getting mad at restaurants for longer wait times when everyone tries to go out to eat after Sunday service 🤣

This place is convenient for people who take care of matters that the last possible minute!

What more can you say i got my oil change here i was in and out in 10 mins with no wait at all and what is really good that in the same area you can get a nice car wash after your oil change and make it look good

Marcus handled everything for me from switching the tires I initially ordered to a different brand, calling me the next day to let me know when they had arrived, and getting my car serviced quickly. He was a pleasure to work with.

Honest and quick. Accommodating. The guys there did my free tire rotation after my oil change when I know they could have asked me come back so they could get to the next money customer.

David and the rest of the group did a good job. I've been pleased with the service at this location each time I've used them.

Both Carrollton locations are fantastic. They always take great care of me and my vehicles. From the guys cranking wrenches all the way up to management..they all go above and beyond. Strongly recommend!

Wesley and Casey really went above and beyond to help me at the very end of the day. Both stayed a couple minutes past closing without hesitation to ensure my car was back on the road.

I came here on my lunch break. David was super nice and got me in and out quickly. He gave me my receipt and told me what needs to be done when I’m ready. I told him I was thankful that he didn’t try and rip me off with a bunch of unnecessary things. I saw him take out my air filter and I thought…oh here we go. But then he put it back in and told me it was fine!! I’m so thankful I found this place since I’m new to Carrollton. My son who also lives here told me to go there. Thanks again David!!

Tried to change my oil last night as I’ve been traveling everywhere. Coast to coast in less than a month. My cartridge was already not in the best shape and when I finished I was dripping oil. Pulled up at 8 over here. Casey and David I believe was his name helped me out and got the car situated in less than 20 minutes. Thank you guys for real! I gotta get to sc and make this money!

We take all our vehicles here and have for years. They are honest and trustworthy! I wouldn’t trust my cars and trucks with anyone else.
