I brought in a beautiful high end pc with excellent cable management and only wanted RGB from the motherboard and graphics card they aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to RGB I found out later but they gave it a college effort, That resulted in them blowing up my motherboard under their careful supervision.💥🤯 The owner blamed the hardware I wanted to get put in but it is truly unknown what really caused it. They did act fast replace the motherboard for free but in the first five photos you see below is the poor cable management that they did AFTER blowing up my motherboard AND THEM HANDING IT BACK TO ME. The only reason I'm giving them five stars and not gonna send this story out to the masses against all is because I believe this was a honest mistake and my PC actually runs slightly faster booting up and they didn't charge me for any of this and with a heated conversation with the owner he offered to fix the cable management an offer to speak with me directly and put his best technician on it. I don't like the fact he tried to make it seem like it's my fault for the motherboard blowing up under their care as computer technician professionals but nevertheless it has taught me a very valuable lesson that it is imperative that if you have a high-end PC you must learn how to fix or build computers yourself because nobody will love your system as much as you do as you see in the last photos that is me fixing up the owner's brothers mess. I don't believe any PC repair shop should release a PC in such poor cable management and the owner actually said to me in the heated conversation that cable management really doesn't matter it is just cosmetic but I don't think he actually meant that.(I hope not, when people like me pay extra for the aesthetics) If you have a high end PC and strictly looking for cosmetic upgrades I would be lying if I told you I would recommend this place. The technicians I did speak with besides the owner seem very knowledgeable and respectful along with his brother that did the poor cable management but a great job in making the PC run smoothly after this devastating mistake so I believe this place is fair place to get your average pre-built computer fixed. Even though Best buy offers unlimited computer repairs for free with their annual premium membership and 5 year warranty on all hardware parts, monitors, etc with exclusive discounts and I don't even work for them. Again I'm giving them five stars because I am satisfied of the outcome and it has taught me to go out of my comfort zone and actually fix my own computer. Ironically (it is also been brought to my attention that this place no longer accepts cosmetic repairs as a result of this outcome which does make me question their total PC repair capabilities) 🫡 Good luck to this shop and anybody reading this! You guys are all right in my book but will I be back definitely not...

From my first phone call, to the initial evaluation, then an accommodation to let me copy needed files before they were able to work on the unit, through the completed repair and a follow-up question a week or so later, I was treated with professionalism, respect and competence. Exceptional service! Love the team over at Computer Guild. was able to take my computer up there and get with the guys to put it together. Evan, Riley and Justin (pardon me if I forgot names) they're all extremely knowledgeable. whether you are an experienced computer user, or you're completely new to getting your first computer, doing upgrades... even if you're a business and need some help with software or hardware for your systems. whatever the case is, i'm positive they can assist you in whatever you might need.

First time customer and I had a really great experience here. Will was the employee who helped me out and diagnosed my PC issues after it got fried during a power surge. Ended up having to buy a new PC which I brought to the shop and they were able to get everything from my old PC transferred over to my new one which was wonderful and seamless. Allowed me to pickup working where I had left off which was a relief. Got this all done in a really timely manner. I went in for the first time this morning after trying to fix my issue on my own. I dropped off my pc at 9 when they opened and at noon they called and had it working (faulty power cord.) They could have ran me through the ringer. I was at their mercy. But they were honest people. They even knocked down the diagnostic fee and threw in a new power cable. This crew is great! Will definitely be coming back again! (God forbid I dont have too!)

I just picked up my computer today with some software issues and they fixed it and I had it back in two days...I wanted to leave a tip but they said that they don't take tips so all I can do is give them a great review. I've taken my computers to them five different times and have been very satisfied with the repairs and service and am always surprised at how little they charge. I will never go anywhere else!
I gave the above review one year ago. I brought my computer in again and I stand by what I said one year ago. Customer service with a smile. Problem solved without costing a lot. Very happy again with the service and I appreciate their willingness to answer any question that I have.

The Computer Guild was a great company to work with. The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. My computer that I took to have repaired was outdated and had crashed. They recommended a replacement instead of wasting money on repairing the old system. I purchase the new computer and was in route to the store when I realized the store was closing in 5 minutes. I called the store and the employee waited for me even though that made him late leaving work. I really appreciated the kindness because I had a deadline to meet and him staying over, helped me to meet my deadline. My computer was ready the next morning with all the data from the old computer transferred over and I was able to complete a task that I was working on. I then panicked a few weeks later and called the store regarding some apps that kept popping up. Justin assured me that he could help me and remoted into my computer and resolve all issues and questions that I did not understand regarding my new computer. He was a jewel! He provided excellent customer service after the purchase. He helped walk me off of the cliff that I standing on. Kudos to The Computer Guild! I will recommend their store to everyone. Also, I referred my daughter to them and they took good care of her as well. She and I are now loyal customer of The Computer Guild.

What great people to work with! Just had my second visit and they are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Had my computer up and running again quickly and explained the issues with it. NO CHARGE!! Also advised that it was probably on it's way out and provided great information on what type of new computer would fit my needs. So very helpful for me. If you have computer issues, this is the place to go, knowing you can trust their advice and recommendations is priceless.

Polite and helpful staff at the counter helped give me some options for upgrades. I may have to save up for a bit, but I don't get the impression that they're trying to gouge me. Looking forward to seeing what they can do for my PC!

THE people to go to if you need any sort of computer or IT help. They helped me with troubleshooting and repairing a computer I'd built and were very communicative every step of the way. I appreciated the extra advice regarding graphics card drivers as well as the Windows install. You all rock!

They are the "Go To" place for your computer problems. Very helpful and friendly. Diagnosed the problem being the battery about to explode! Saved me from possibly having my home on fire! They helped me with a suggestion on a new PC and they were not the ones selling it to me! They backed up the old PC, then loaded it on the new one. Thank you Computer Guild!

The most helpful and kind team!!
We came in with an iPad that had part of a broken charger piece caught in the lightning charger/plug.
The team kindly offered to take a look and was able to get the piece out and made sure it was in perfect working condition! A huge help, as we had priorly gone into Best Buy (where iPad had been purchase) and were told there was nothing they could do and we would have to visit an Apple store for further assistance.

This is my third time using The Computer Guild for Apple products and every experience has been positive.

I recently experienced a major financial hack. They helped me through virus scanning, data back up and restoring, program installation and purchasing a better computer to do all of this on. My most recent experience was with Josh who guided me through some problems I was having. He was very cordial, professional and patient. I recommend this business highly.

These people are fantastic! Knowledgeable, great listeners, highly competent. They really care about you and your concerns and want to help. Their prices will surprise you, especially when you compare them to other shops - always reasonable and not afraid to tell you when it is probably time to look for another computer. I have been using them since they opened their doors and regularly recommend them to others. Go there and try them out!

The Computer Guild staff are extraordinary. I've taken my laptops to them for several different kinds of issues. They're reliable, patient with my limited tech expertise, able to explain in a way that I understand, ready to help with repairs, updates, or advice, and even when there are questions afterward or lingering glitches, they cheerfully help over the phone or in person, making sure everything is complete. Can't recommend them enough. UPDATE: Since then I've had trouble with Microsoft Office and with a new printer. Computer Guild staff figured out and took care of both issues. Again, great service!

I love these guys! They are very friendly and helpful and have been there for me every time! I appreciate their honesty like today they could have charged me quite a bit to fix my 7 year old computer but instead recommended buying a new one and wrote down everything I need to make sure that it has and didn't even charge me for the consultation!
