I had a wonderful experience at this store and was very impressed with the knowledge the associate had about the products (I believe his name was Tyler). He answered all my questions with great passion and helped me manage my potential budget as I worked through options for my basement area that is currently being re-done. Looking forward to making my purchase here!

We bought a sofa from Love Sac in South Hills Village mall. We liked the way the "firm" couch cushions felt. They offer 3 types of cushions....really soft, kind of firm, and firm. We're waiting for our sofa to be delivered. We got notification that our sofa has been shipped already, & we just purchased it yesterday!! They ship thru FedEx. This furniture is a bit pricey, but their guarantee is pretty good.

The team at South Hills in Pittsburgh was super helpful. They went ahead and made an order for me ahead of the coming sale and never pressured me to buy that day instead. I was able to call their store and place my order over the phone in minutes. My order arrived three days later. Everything was there and very organized and the quality is great. Love my purchase!

Buying my sactional was one of the best investments I’ve made.

My buying experience was fantastic from the very beginning. Rasha is super knowledgeable and really has her stuff together. She built a quote for me, made changes, helped me build, and kept in touch with me until all the final decisions were made. I never felt pressured to buy. Customer service like hers really does not exist anymore, she’s the absolute best!

As far the the product, it is well worth the price. One warning is the assembly, it is more difficult than I had anticipated and will definitely go easier with 2 people. But after having the couch for 2 weeks now, I view it as an investment. My whole family has been spending more time together on the couch, and I feel sort of like my house can sleep more people because it comfortable enough for sleeping. This is definitely our lifetime forever couch!

Our experience was fantastic. The sales associate answered all of our questions. We sat on all the different couches. The order process was easy and I love the 60 day in home guarantee, we were between two colors, so if we don't like the color we bought we can exchange it. Also we placed the order at 10:30 am on a Saturday, and it was shipped by 4:00pm that same day and is expected to be at my house on Tuesday. I can't wait to sit on them.

Really good experience with the friendly staff here - we were able to get attention quickly and got all the help we needed to make our decision. We bought a couch from here which is AMAZING. We come home from work every day and can't wait to sit on it. Two weeks later, yesterday, we just replaced our couch in the basement with another Lovesac. Modularity is impressive and easy to modify, washability is not something you find on any other couch. Best yet - we built a super couch (referred to as a "pit") which is amazingly comfortable.

I have so much appreciation for the employees that I worked with. Ellie and Cathy were a joy to interact with, immensely helpful, and got me the best deal available. They truly went above and beyond. I am so glad I didn’t purchase online.

Kristy modeled hospitality and customer service, recognizing what we had in common based on questions I asked and what I looked at samples of. Then, she related her experience with the product to provide information that could not be found through a website. Overall, the employees at Lovesac resonated cooperation and attention to detail.

Lovesac @ South Hills Village - (go see Rep. RASHA who helped us order and explained everything) I can’t say enough about her. She was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase. She was patient with us and took time to make sure we were well informed. RASHA went above and beyond for us. I would have NEVER been able to order online what my dream living-room set was pictured in my head by myself (my idea for my room was not the normal set up- and it is amazing you can have endless options to be able to fit a room to YOUR vision).

A message for corporate, this is a very valuable employee! Being self-employed myself I personally know how hard it is to find and keep good employees. This employee (RASHA) is definitely top tier. Hold on to this one and don’t let her go. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend love sac to friends and family due to how wonderful we were treaded and the service that was given to us and the quality of the product. I've always had a great experience at this location. Having been a Lovesac customer for over 7 years, I cannot say enough good things about them! My most recent interaction with Kristy has been awesome.

Great products and the staff knows them well. They have all the products in the store to test out along with all the fabric offerings for the covers. The staff priced out multiple options for me in no time at all. I have love sac furniture already and just went and purchased more. Great stuff. Lifetime warranty.

Our experience at the South Hills Lovesac store was beyond excellent. Cathy, the sales associate, was kind and professional. My husband and I look younger, and we often deal with age bias when we shop, but Cathy never treated us with anything but respect. That was so refreshing! They store is taking great care with Covid restrictions, so we felt safe and comfortable in the store. The manager, Kristi, was very helpful and friendly, when it came to making our phone order the next day. Highly recommend. Now we just wait for our sactional sofa to arrive!

The staff was great! The best part about Lovesac (besides the comfy sofas) is the fact that they don’t bombard you when you walk through the door. They let you look and give no pressure with whatever decision you’re trying to make and will give knowledgeable answers every time! Cathy was awesome!

We had a general idea of the configuration we wanted prior to arriving at the store, but the employees helped us figure out the correct combination of pieces to achieve our vision. They also assisted us with fabric selection by asking us the variables in our daily life (e.g. Kids, pets, color of the flooring and walls, etc). We didn't feel pushed into purchasing anything and were completely satisfied with our experience. All employees we encountered were knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. We highly recommend Lovesac!

Nice store. Like the love sac bit not the price. The under seat speakers are awesome and the reason for the stop. Again price is a little much. Get a couple Bose complete systems for this price

Absolutely love the South Hills Village store customer service. They treated me wonderfully and I live so far away that getting there wasn’t possible so they did a phone order. My original order was 4 years ago and they found my order and my custom cushion OMG I LOVE THEM! Drew took amazing care of me and kept calling me back to walk me through the whole process. You just Can’t find people like him today in customer service.

The Lovesac store in South Hills Village Mall is amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience a great one! Cathy was wonderful to work with! She listened to all of our needs & made recommendations. She took the time to explain how to put the covers on, how to put the pieces together and how to rearrange if we want. We can't wait to get our sactional and will be returning to the store for accessories in the future!

Kristi is what all customer service professionals should aspire to. She’s patient, understanding, down to earth, and went above and beyond to make sure my delivery was perfect. I don’t like in PA, and have no idea how I got connected with Kristi, but I’m sure glad I did. If ever at the South Hills Village location in PA, ask for Kristi. You will NOT be disappointed!!

The people at Lovesac are great! I ordered a new sactional during their 30% off flash sale recently. It came in a lot of boxes but I just received the last one, all in under the 2-4 week time that they said it would take. I'll definitely be going back for more furniture in the future.
