The Original Mattress Factory

Lately every time I spend money I end up disappointed (*cough Levin cough*) BUT NOT with Original Mattress Factory! They're great! I've bought 2 mattresses there in the last year and I've been extremely satisfied with their product and service. 2 thumbs up and thank you!

I have bought five mattresses from John at the South Hills location and I'm very pleased. My oldest mattress from him is about 6 and 1/2 years old and still is extremely comfortable. I have had all the top name mattresses and I truly wouldn't buy a mattress anywhere else. They just custom made one for my motorhome that I am very pleased with. Their products have exceptional quality and the salesman are extremely knowledgeable with every product they sell.

I had a special order due to the size of the mattress. I am very pleased. It is very comfortable... not too firm, not too soft, but just right. The factory produced the special order quickly. I will use them again if needed.

I've bought 4 mattresses from varying locations of the original mattress factory. They are a really high quality product. The salesman are very low pressure, and very well educated on the product they sell. From the cheapest to the most expensive items here you always get great quality. I highly doubt i would buy a mattress from anyone else.

We have bought from the Original Mattress Factory because it is a local company with an excellent reputation. We have always been happy with the beds we've bought through them. We are getting one of their memory foam beds and the cut-a-way construction looks GREAT compared to the ones that are just a big slab of foam. The OMF has some really neat engineering concepts in the foam mattress they sell.

Within 30 minutes of walking in I had made my purchase. Jim was great, honest and upfront. I didnt feel pressured or manipulated. He was knowledgeable and helped us. I'd go back any time.

Sales associates do not pressure you or move you along. They allow as much time as you need to test and ask questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful with educating me about all products.

The king bed that was delivered was much, MUCH firmer than the model that we had selected in the show room. John (Showroom) and Chris (Factory) worked with us to validate the problem and have another bed delivered within days of alerting them to our concerns. -Lou & Cathy M.

Shopping was so easy, I believe it took less than 20 minutes including all the paperwork. I had my mattress that week and I love it.... sleeping great!
