Friendly staff; however the store itself is the old style order at the counter store. Time for a new store with walk in cooler.

In a time when almost every other commercial entity frowns on cash payments, (because of the germs) here we have a provincial government managed entity that will accept nothing else but cash. This seems to run against the grain. What is going on? In all large centres the Beer Stores offer home delivery. Why not in Harrow, Ontario? Are we second class citizens in this town?
