Michaels

This was one of the most well stocked Michael's I've ever visited. They had beautiful and unusual Easter and spring home decor items. The staff was very helpful. I've actually been in three different stores over the last 2 weeks in the Triad area, and this, by far, was the best. I will be back!

Wonderful staff. I came in to get some stuff for my daughter’s school project. The guy that cashed me out was wonderful. Especially considering the store was super short staffed and he was the only one available to work the register. He was able to keep his composure and be polite even when some other customers waiting in line were being completely out of line and rude because that had to wait.

A cluster of all things arts and crafts - hobbies - collectibles - AWESOME STAFF! So friendly.

Things to improve: UPS Access Point Drop-off - what time (s) do they pickup packages? Is it daily? Every other day?
I dropped off a package on a Monday afternoon (1 PM) and it was not picked up for 3 days.

Please clarify the processes and affiliations with UPS regarding the access points.

Aside from that - 5 Stats All around!

I was looking for a cake decoration kit, so I asked one of the associates for help, the person took me to the location and pointed out the exact product I needed, this person was such a great help.

Staff was very helpful and understanding. Some merchandise was ordered online for pickup, and the sale never completed. I needed some things for my Dad's funeral service, and they worked with us to get what we needed. Thank you!!!

Didn't have what I was looking for. But recommended where I could find it. You got to love that.

Love Michael's, the decor for all the holidays is always on point... There is always a sale and if something happens to be full price there is usually a 40% coupon floating around!

They always have a great selection of paper craft, scrapbook and other crafting items. The people are always friendly and helpful.

I went to Michaels looking for supplies to customize my nizza hi top adidas. I was able to pickup paint brushes & was able to locate the paint I needed as well. Lastly, upon leaving my fiancee & I found this killer Halloween girls tee at the front & she was thrilled. Highly recommend

They have a wide selection of items to choose from. I like that I can look at the item before I buy, unlike the internet stores. I feel the quality of their items is high and I am almost always happy with what I select. The staff is a mixed bag where some try to avoid you like the plague and others ask if you need help. Overall, I feel they are the best craft store in town.

With the holidays upon us. Even though the store was crowded and all the workers were very busy when we couldn't find items that we needed they went to the back and got them for us. Very helpful.

We popped in for some last minute project ideas and picked some amazing holiday discount items for the following year today with my son.

A place where you can find everything your imagination and talent decide to create. The picture framing sector has an excellent variety.

Michael's store in Greensboro, NC had the particular iron on clothing patch to repair my old GAP shirt that I wear around my apartment in Greensboro, NC, Michael from Greensboro, NC.

This Michael's is always well stocked and clutter free.

We love our local Michaels! The staff is always so helpful and friendly, and my kids are always more than welcome there. Even if the 2yo takes off through the store 🙃
One of the staff always stops to speak to them and ask them thoughtful questions or just say hello and indulge their goofyness.

If they ever don't have something, they're always more than happy to check back stock and never make me feel like a burden for asking even if the line is a mile long. Which is huge for me since I have high anxiety and never want to feel like an inconvenience.

I also think it speaks volumes that every other customer in the store seems happy even if they're in a rush.

Its a great store if youre into the arts & crafts type hobby
