Domino's Pizza

Tuesday 4.2.24 - my mom placed her order on the app. She thought she was getting two large pizzas for 20 dollars, but she messed up her order and got a medium split pizza. The manager and a male employee were very kind when she called. Even though it was her fault, they refunded her order and let her place a new order with the coupon she had a wanted to used. They delivered the new pizzas to our house again timely. I was very impressed with the customer service that the employee and manager displayed. The delivery guy was also awesome! Thank you Dominos on Richmond rd, for taking wonderful care of the people I love. ♥

There must have been a different crew working for all these negative reviews. I've carried out around 9pm three times recently and have had an exceptional experience. The younger guy that cashiers at night is especially helpful, but overall this location has a strong night crew. They're quick, make good pies and are friendly. What more do you want?

I had to order by phone, had problems with the auto order. Made my order with Brock, I was joking about the higher prices because of the economy, and Brock decided to check the availbe coupons, and lowered my order price substantially! Who is this person??? He was respectful, easy to talk to and super polite!! And the pizzas were awesome!! Great in every way, no cutting corners, and I swear it had extra cheese!! It was wonderful! When my wife picked up the order, she was pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of the team! Domino's bigwigs, keep an eye on these guys. Brock and his crew are the template of excellence!! If you had all of your employees follow their example, you would have NO competition! Cheers, and thanks!

The pizza was so good and the bread was excellent.

We went out late to get food because of work and they were one of the only places we could get food at. Great service, the guy at the window was extremely nice and actually seemed genuinely interested in convo. Food was also good.

The guy that was at drive through on 8/18 at 6:15pm was awesome ! I was having a bad day and his personality was amazing I left with a smile on my face.

I have been ordering from this dominoes for almost 8 years now and I think they are the bomb!! I love the delivery drivers!! They are supper friendly!! A special shout out to the ones that have been there pretty much since I started Danny, Amanda, & Roger. And I love the new rookie Patrick!!! And how could I forget that little cutie pie Quincy!!

This is definitely the best Domino's I've ever ordered from and is one of the top pizza places I've ever ordered from. I placed my order for 8 pm and it arrived almost right at the dot of 8. Pizza is piping hot and looks as good as the promo pictures. I was going to take some pictures to post here, but everything got eaten too fast! Great job, Domino's

This is one of the BEST Domino's I have ever delt with. Their staff is SUPER friendly and accurate. I order to my office a good deal, since my job doesn't allow for a "lunch beeak" sometimes. I order a pretty odd pizza, when it comes in, they say they know it's me, and know just how I like it made. The delivery drivers know what door to come in and are always in a great mood.

Domino's is always been good to me especially the fact that I can give Parmesan pizza sauce on any pizza that I get that will forever be a staple in my book

Every time I order food from this place, I know I'm getting what I pay for. Haven't had an order wrong yet. Always friendly and engaging delivery drivers as well. Keep up the great work!

So glad they are open again! We order every Saturday night at the hospital. Great folks, great pizza and Kenneth the delivery guy is always on time!

These folks work hard. We need to remember to tip the pizza makers as well as the delivery drivers. These folks on Richmond Road really do care about their customers and families.

Here’s a shoutout for this Dominoes Staff and Team! I worked here part-time to build captital for my 2020 wedding as a delivery driver. The General Manager (Holly) and entire staff was caring, compationate, and understanding! I had to leave to persue other career opportunities, but I’ll always feel welcome. Best staff in ever!

P.S. I started school down the road at TAMUT 3 years ago, and the pizza and service has always been spectacular at the Richmond road location.

We order the hot wings, cheese sticks, everything pizza and xtra xtra cheese (for me) and they exceed every time. We do a pick up being we live out of the delivery area but always ready when we get there. This is Dominos in Wake Village hubby picks up on his way home from work.
