Hana was very helpful in securing a rental unit for me. The facility was clean and well kept as was the storage locker itself. The facility seems easy and convenient to get in and out of and the initial rental rate seems reasonable. So far I’m very happy with my experience.

Jonathan’s customer service is IMPECCABLE! In addition, I love how clean and quiet the facilities are in comparison to other storage facilities. I inquired about changing my easy pay account to my checking account from my credit card. Assistant store manager was very pleasant, and was very helpful in entering my new account information in a timely fashion.
