Very pleased with the treatment we received, something often overlooked when providing a service. The staff was delightful and the office was super clean. Everyone was gentle and sweet to Nino. He’s a 10 month old and is socially awkward, terrified of strangers. He was coached by cheese on the wall near the scale to get weighted. Everyone was very professional from the phone call to the end of office visit. I called yesterday, was given an appointment today, I never mentioned my frustration with the situation with another vet office. It was helpful that they honored the online coupon for the free new patient visit. All because the office I normally delta with is totally difficult, unprofessional and rude. It’s clear they don’t want my money or care about the patient.

We recently moved back to the area, so it was my pup Peter’s 1st visit. I was impressed to get an appointment the day after I called. They were running a promotion which waived the exam fee. Everyone was so friendly & informative. I will definitely refer them to my family & friends. Thank you Thrive!!

Dr.Celano is by one of the best vets I’ve ever been to! I switched all 5 of my dogs to see her specifically, whether I am going there for a senior check up with my oldest, or a mild IVDD case with one of my French bulldogs, she always takes her time, is extremely knowledgeable and answers my many written down questions. I would recommend her to anyone!

I originally went to a different place a few times for my dog's skin issues and each time they just took her back and didn't really explain much of what they did to me or seem confident in what they were doing. So I found this vet about 5 minutes from me and saw all the good reviews decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did!
My dog is super anxious in new places but after a few minutes she walked right up to the vets and even got a little excited, which I've never seen her do at one! The vet was super knowledgeable and told me more than I was ever informed of before, like the Cytopoint shot. They also explained everything they were doing when they took her out of the room. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in too. Definitely found my dog's new vet!

Edit: And update after a few weeks her skin is healing and she's not scratching! Before it was nonstop so it's awesome to see her finally be comfortable.

Great staff all do great with our older, timid dog. Clean facility also helps our dog feel less anxious. Monthly visits for medication are usually very quick.

I brought my dog here for her vaccinations because my regular vet was fully booked until July 1st. I needed to get her in quickly before taking her to the groomer in a couple of days. I was able to get an appointment with Thrive the next day without any issues! When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the staff and a chalkboard that read 'Dr. Celano welcomes” and list of animals' names she is seeing that day - it was adorable, but I forgot to take a picture. Dr. Celano was very caring and gentle with my anxious dog, and they listened to my concerns. My dog even licked Dr. Celano's face as a way of saying 'thank you!' I wouldn't hesitate to bring my animals here again. Thank you, Dr. Celano and Thrive staff members!

I have all my pets going to see Dr. Celano here. They were wonderful and caring when I had to put my cat with cancer down. They are great with my other 2 cats and 2 young dogs as well! They are warm and welcoming and you cannot beat the woman who is upfront most days. Highly recommend! Plus the ease of being able to schedule appts online! Bonus.

I took my cat Braxton to Thrive Pet Healthcare Sicklerville for the first time for his annual wellness visit and vaccines. The entire staff was AMAZING. I made the appointment online, I arrived a little bit early and they took us back to a room right away. The doctor answered all of my questions (no matter how silly) and was very thorough. I have found Braxton's new permanent veterinary care provider. I highly recommend them.

Last week my fiancé and I rushed our older dog into Thrive’s Urgent Care up the street from this location due to her having some scary issues going on and her not acting herself at all… we got there only an hour before they were supposed to close that evening… we saw Dr. Reitmeyer who quickly evaluated her symptoms and immediately had an idea of what she thought was going on but ran several tests to make sure… after doing some blood work and tests she came to us to inform us our pup was doing a lot worse then what we thought… she gave my fiancé and I time alone to weigh our options and determine what the best plan was to set forward…the staff did not try to rush us out even though they were past closing time at this point.. and they were all very kind and caring during a rough time…the best decision unfortunately was to put our baby down so she was not suffering anymore… especially given how severe her symptoms were. We took her home for one more night to give her lots of love and cuddles and brought her to this location the following day for an appointment where Dr. Reitmeyer saw us again to lay our pup to rest…. During one of the hardest things we have ever had to go through I’m beyond thankful that Thrive was there and that we had the opportunity of getting to meet Dr. Reitmeyer who was very real and honest with us and just all around understanding… she was absolutely amazing and although I wish it was different circumstances I am beyond glad we met her and that she was there to help us through 2 extremely hard days. I can not express how grateful I am for their all around amazing staff at both locations and how close they both are to our home. Thank you to everyone at Thrive for everything you did for our sweet Venus… we are extremely grateful.

They always take care of my Stormi and make sure all of my questions or concerns are addressed. So glad i have one so close.

Had the best experience at Thrive Pet Healthcare Sicklerville. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly, not to mention one of the most affordable vet bills, EVER. They took such good care of our rescue doberman, Buddy, who has some anxiety. We will definitely be switching all our pets care to Thrive! Thank y'all so much for such a pleasant experience!

Amazing experience!!! My first time here after reading up on it and it was awesome from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. The nurse took great care of us and was super friendly and helpful and informative. Dr. Cione was fantastic!!! Answered all my questions that I had with my puppy and was very easy to talk to and she was excellent with my dog. We will definitely be back... The location is pristine and very affordable compared to other vets which I've looked into and tried with my my other dog. This was a great early morning experience and we are sold!!!

Recently moved from NY to NJ and needed a new vet. I heard a lot of good things about Thrive. Decided to try it out. It's 30 mins away from my house but I would say it's totally worth it.
I took my oldest dog here and my newly adopted dog here for check up & sickness. Scheduling appointments online was such a breeze and the staff was nothing but super friendly and amazing. They made sure we asked all the questions before we left. It's super clean and well kept vet office. I would highly recommend!

I can not say enough positive things about this place and the incredible support staff. When we got the call that the girls from regional vet opened a new practice we were beyond thrilled. They’ve been with my 14y rat terrier since he was 4, and my other two since they were puppies. They truly know and care about him and my two other dogs. The nurse Eileen is wonderful, she has a calming demeanor and knows the answers to all of my questions. From being with my pups for so long they feel safe with her and have no problem walking away from us if she’s holding the leash. The girls at the front desk and the techs just want to help you and your pet have the best experience possible. Everyone is always smiling and acts genuinely excited to see you and your pets. Having them be so personable puts me at ease knowing that they will have my dogs best interest at heart first and foremost. I can’t even begin to tell you how much that means with my old man.

With my first visit here the new vet Dr.Washart immediately got on the floor with my dog to introduce herself and explained everything I needed to know in great detail and then some. I really hope she stays at this location permanently. I haven’t had the opportunity to meet the other practicing vet there but I’m sure they are just as lovely.

In the interim while Regional/st Francis was closed we went to another vet and it felt like my dogs were just another number added to their list for the day. Appointments were on average 3 hours with lots of waiting and no compassion from the vets or support staff. It was disheartening, and left me in the situation to switch vets, after calling around new patient appointments were on average 4 months out in the twp area.

Getting the call for thrive (which is in a very convenient location) was a blessing. I finally trust my vet again. You truly can’t ask for more.

Staff are incredible with my dogs. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with appointments. I have followed the staff from Regional after closing. BEST CARE & STAFF!

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and compassion I received at thrive. Dr. Celano, Eileen and Jennifer were all so kind in helping care for my sisters cat, even when it came to going over results and seeing how she was doing. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
