Need to send a letter or package? Need to purchase envelopes or stamps for your letter or packaging materials for your package? Need to add a return receipt or insurance to a shipment? Need to send a Money Order? Well once you walk into this Post Office then you can do all of that and more.

This was a new experience for my daughters due to their young age but they were inquisitive of the Post Office. Some things about this particular location was that I noticed the building was clean, organized and the employee I had a small interaction with was courteous.

It's become a rarity to find genuinely good customer service, where you truly feel like you were treated like you matter.
I would like to compliment Brenda and her supervisor for going above and beyond with helping me.
I had 2 lost packages that were mislabeled and went to the wrong address. Brenda worked tiresly to locate the packages (birthday presents that had very significant meaning to me). She took the time to show that customers do matter. I cannot give her enough praise. Absolutely stellar customer service from her and her supervisor. Thank you!

I’m giving a 5 star because even though they were closed the lovely lady Sharon at the door let me in which really made my day. I appreciate the fact that she did that when she didn’t have to. Thanks for looking at me like a person and not just a number.

Clerks are not paying attention to the name on your P.O. Box resulting in me getting other peoples mail. I received a call from post office which was very nice so I’m amending my review to 5 stars. They explained a person put in a change of address and it was wrong. They resolved the issue.

I've been served by this post office for over a decade. Mistakes do happen. But, if you give them a chance they do their best to make it right. Once I had a package delivered to the wrong locker. The lady behind the counter drove out and met me at the locker to find it.

Our office recently changed locations and I filed a service request for assistance with a change of address. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Brenda Bennet. Brenda was extremely helpful and provided the best customer service. No question (I had many) was too difficult for her to answer, in fact, she was happy to help. Thank you so much Brenda. You dont know how much your brightness and positivity can change someone's day.

Brenda is so awesome! She is super polite and is always very helpful anytime I have to go to my local USPS on Ballpark Way; including today when she helped me out with a missed delivery.

The old heavy set Hispanic lady is an absolute monster to deal with and multiple people in line commented about how she treats people. Maybe she could have a training day with Brenda to see what it's like to treat people respectfully.

Miles was extremely informative and helpful. Their entire staff was very efficient and friendly!! The line was long and they cleared it in about 10-15 minutes!

Spoke on the phone with the kindest postal worker. I ordered a package that a seller gave me a fake tracking number and to double check I started a "USPS Mail Search" inquiry. They got back to me in less than 2 days and she was very helpful, informative, & sweet. Found out the package ~may~ be fake and once it is delivered we will get to see. 10/10.
We regularly pop by this post office to drop packages off every week too :)

I have been to this post office many times and every time my package goes missing, the workers always try their hardest to locate it for me. Yesterday, my wedding dress got lost in the mail and I was freaking out. Brenda, who I believe is dedicated to the pick up/holding booth, helped me locate the package and got it back to me within a few hours. I am so grateful for her help because without her, my wedding day would not have been the same! Brenda, if you're reading this, you're my hero and have completely restored my faith in humanity! Times are tough right now so thank you for being awesome and for helping save the day!

I love this post office they fast,fun, and friendly. Speed of service they make me feel welcomed and generous keep up the good work I'm now officially a regular new customer.

My sister had an international package sent to our house in Arlington, but it was marked "Undeliverable as addressed" on the tracking website. She was quite concerned and thought it would be returned to sender, so I called the post office to see what was going on.
The gentleman on the phone was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He informed me that she had a change of address on file to have her mail forwarded to another address, and the package was already in transit to that listed address.
He was right. My sister had forgotten that she was having her mail forwarded over the past few months, and she realized she needed to update they system to redirect her mail back to this house. She will still be able to get the package from the forwarded address, and any inconvenience was not because of any post office error.
They handled the situation very well, and had excellent customer service. Well done.

Just called to try to locate a package that was delivered to an apartment complex in Arlington. Tracy picked up on the first ring, took my name and number and said he would check into it. About 15 minutes later he called and said he spoke to the carrier who said a key hadn't been put in her box to access the storage box. They corrected the problem.
So impressed with the customer service and response time!

Lashay was super nice and helpful. She knew I nerdrd my package and she went above and beyond to have my package for pick up same day even tho driver was out in route. Very happy and thankful. Thank you Lashay!

Not a good experience.. I waited an hour, literally, to pick up my package. I understand understaffing and all but 1 hour to get my package? :l

I'd sent a package to a friend served by this PO, but accidentally sent it to the apartment management office instead of his address. They refused to accept the package. When I called the PO in Arlington a very courteous woman explained that because of the refusal the package was on its way back to me. I was amazed and pleased to get personal service from the other side of the country, considering how busy my area PO is. I'd had no hope of talking to anybody but a computer, but finished the call hoping I can say hello to the folks at this PO should I ever get to Arlington.

The service at this post office is absolutely outstanding and uniformly so! Their mail carriers are also terrific. Ms. Tolliver and Mr. Mayberry are just two of the excellent mail carriers we are blessed to see on a daily basis.

I been going here for about 4 years. It’s not always USPS fault. Try going in with patients and love. That’s how you win. They are all nice people, just doing their job.

The best post office I've gone to in the DFW area. I've had a po box here for 2 years and ship items from different locations often. I prefer to go here. They're nice, patient, and attentive.
