the quality of the photos is not good and they don't give you the option to choose between them or take new photos if you don't like them, the place was full, I had to wait, high prices anyway, look for another place that offers better service and quality after all we are talking about photos of documents

Their untrained staff thinks that using coupons is illegal and that they can in purpose hide (steal) customers coupons just because they think is unfair for a customer to pay a chain AUTHORIZED reduced price on a product. They should be trained in coupons policies and made aware that costumers have all the rights to use them and pay the reduced price even if it comes to $0.

A totally ignorant chasiers and an unproffessional duty manager called
Vanessa. A western union transaction that takes 10 minutes i was there for 2 hours to rectify a stupid pos printer malfunction.
