I’ve been to this store twice in the last month and both times I ended up leaving (without spending a dime of course) because of the NASTY attitude of the staff. (The cashier girl with the septum piercing) - absolutely rude and lazy, she literally makes people run out of the store. And that happened both times I was there. There’s plenty of people in need to work- who would do a better job.

Awful! Buyers beware! I purchased a pair of earrings today, 1/1/2022. Before I left the store, I tried them for my daughter, I found a little diamond missed and I asked for an exchange. They refused and told me I could find the policy on the recipe which was no exchange for earings. but the cashier never gave me a recipe. Tried to call the manager, never picked up phone calls. The service was so bad! Go somewhere else, don't get into the trap.

Enter this place with caution… whoever is running this place definitely need to keeps their staff in check. Went in to look at some earrings and off the bat noticed how passive aggressive their workers can be and they make you feel super uncomfortable. While in there 8/7/22 a customer finally confronted the staffs attitude and all employees came together and attacked this customer with her mother AND grandmother. They got real loud and a literal FIGHT broke out. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The customers even tried deescalating the situation by repeatedly asking them to check them out so they could leave but the employee insisted on fighting “outside”. Such disgusting behavior. Ended with of course the employee throwing objects outside the store where people were walking/watching by and even almost hit the older grandmother. Again their employees physically assaulted multiple people. Hopefully this doesn’t get swept under the rug. Otherwise this place needs to shut down or needs new employees. After this I immediately put my stuff down. Will definitely not support this Business. Should also note that even after the lady had left the staff literally continued to instigate the fight trying to catch up to her and scream all over the mall. This is sooo unacceptable. Please check your cameras if you care .

RUDE!!!! This place is horrible. Today was my first and last visit. I working in a school and I’ll tell everyone about my bad experience there. A girl over there was very rude I had never seen something like that in all my life. She told me to “shut up,” for no reason. I thought she was talking to somebody else. I can’t believe she can work anywhere. Never again. Wish I could give you 0 stars

They serve very badly. I wanted to return the earrings I bought after 5 minutes, but they did not return them. Store managers and employees are very rude. And they did not inform in advance that they would not return the product. I do not recommend to anyone! They do not respect the customer at all! in Natick Mall store

Lovisa is a scam, they scammed me over $20 more than my total and wouldn’t let me get the needed quantity of jewelry for the 4 for $15 and $2 for $14 deal. They were not cooperative at all and gave attitude which was not needed because I simply asked for clarification on my total. So Lovisa is a SCAM!!! Plus wouldn’t give receipt when I asked.

Don't go here! This place is a scam. It may look nice but their customer service is Trash. Called Cooporate.. They are also Trash... Returns are a hassle... Dont waste your time. Just go to Claires...

Terrible customer service and store policy as well as very poor quality products. They don’t do returns so be aware of what you buy!
