Had a great experience. I will drive here over the store closer to me that was horrible. Shantel was amazing helping me find a solution for my problem. This is the first time I have had a good experience with TMobile customer service in store.

I LOVE T mobile!! The store on Blanding OP is the best location. Victoria not only took her time to service us but help her team member at the same time while staying focused on each task at hand. I wasn't expecting to find the awesome deals but Victoria helped me and my son get new phones, save money on my bill AND helped save over 1/2 the cost on cable. That is why I love TMobile !

Jade and Jen helped me out and they were very kind and took care of me! I was in and out of there quickly. Happy that I switched back to T-Mobile!
