Repairing a flat tire turned into purchasing 2 brand new back tires for my Mercedes. Rene was extremely professional, and sure knows cars. His knowledge and genuine concern for my auto care put me at ease that this is not just an "oil change" place. First, it's spotless, and the young staff are learning from their mentor/manager as they were polite and professional. They did an oil change, as well as tire balance, I was in/out very quickly. This new customer will be returning for all her maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend.

And in the future, I will use this Portersneck area location of Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for ADDITIONAL SERVICE WORK😁 because they do a lot more than just oil change and tire rotation. I won’t take my cars to have their oil changed anywhere else! The technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. Reece helped with my oil changes the last 2 times and was wonderful. I am truly in and out in 10 minutes. I never feel like they try to upcharge you on unnecessary things. This is really more than an oil change with how they run their business, they definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that your vehicle is being well taken care of. Thank you!!

Good and quick service. They are very professional and try to explain the problem in layman terms which is always helpful. It never took more than 15 minutes to get an oil change unless its a major repair like tires being changed and tire rotation...nice and a clean lounge area to use in cass you need it.

The crew here is fast, clean and efficient. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. This was not my first time here, but after having multiple services like this, definitely a five star and highly recommended company.

I highly recommend! This was my first time going here. I brought a new set of aftermarket Method wheels to have mounted on my Lexus. OUTSTANDING service! Rene, the manager, and Tyler, the technician, both took their time and did superb job of mounting and balancing the wheels. It’s great to see people take care of your stuff like it’s their own. Top notch service operation. Shop was immaculate and everyone was dressed in clean, neat uniforms. Repairs were performed in less time than they estimated and the cost was competitive and came in much lower than other shops in the area. Express oil has become my #1 shop for my vehicle repairs.

After a review of my car, they found that the previous dealership that did my oil change stripped the screws to my oil plate. The manager Rene Escobar was kind enough to write up a detailed report for me saying that this was the case, and that if I had any problems to have them call him directly. He went out of his way free of charge to make sure I got the right service needed for my vehicle. Will always go back to this service station. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I got the right service needed for my vehicle.

Michael was very helpful, explained everything that I would need, and didn't try to up sale me on things I didn't need. And they are not just an oil change place. They do other services such as wheel installation and balancing and state inspection. They also have coupons and military discount. Great service.

This place is The Best! Everyone is friendly and courteous but more importantly they’re honest knowledgeable and efficient! I was told by another shop I needed all new brakes after a brake inspection at Express they were still good and every time I can save money I appreciate it! So very glad they were where I needed them when I picked up a screw in my tire. They repaired it within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. Very professional and competent.
