Cafe Frutta Fresca Gelato

Nice little place that's just getting off the ground. Location is interesting. Staff was nice and it's the only place around to get stuff like gelato, macarons, and biscotti, which were all excellent! The display case is one of a kind. Didn't try any hot food; not sure if they were serving any at the time.

Excellent customer service, very nice people. Amazing Gelato as well as homemade pizza and crepes! A must go to place if your in or around Sneads Ferry N.C.

Cafe Frutta Fresca was literally the most immersive and exquisite scoop of heaven during my brief stay in this quaint beach town!

I ordered the Fig pizza and it came out crafted in the shape of a heart drizzled with in house balsamic glaze. Organic Figs and arugula and the medley of cheese was the perfect blend for me!

I also ordered a large Gelato with the watermelon sorbet paired with the papaya gelato the perfect treat to combat the summers relentless heat. The flavors are so vibrant and tropical I see why they give you small spoons so that you can savor each drop of the gelato!

The Selection of Gelatos are hand Crafted artisanal marvels with eclectic and classic flavors sure to soothe the pickiest eaters!
All the staff is so knowledgeable about the array of products!

They recently had their three year anniversary and the owner Was there actually hand spinning cotton candy as a part of the celebration! It feels incredible to know that this is a establishment backed by its community!

I heard about Cafe Frutta Fresca through a friend and despite it being in the opposite direction of my intended destination it’s far surpassed my expectations! Cafe Frutta Fresca makes Surf City one of my favorite travel destinations hands down!

So fresh and delicious! I have never left Cafe Frutta Fresca Gelato disappointed and today was no exception. The turkey & leek quiche... it was phenomenal! I have already ordered another one for next week as this one did not stand a chance with friends and family around. You can just taste the freshness and quality in her ingredients and she pays such special attention to detail. I highly recommend Cafe Frutta Fresca Gelato. Lisa and her staff are always so friendly and professional!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and both had crepes. My husband had the berry crepe and I had the chicken and onion. Both were wonderful.
Mine was so flavorful and the chicken was all white meat. My husband enjoyed his very crepe.
Each order consisted of two crepes, so we ended up bringing the home and having them this evening. 6 hours later they were still very good.
We will be going back!

Treat yourself to this restaurant! We stopped for lunch. Four of us had the Chicken & Waffles, Pepperoni Pizza(heart shaped) and spinach and mushroom Quiche. All were fresh and delicious. The gelato was very authentic. The owner lived in Italy and knows her stuff! Also the staff was very friendly and we were offered samples of the flavors. We will be back!

My husband and I LOVE this place! We’ve been twice now, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I got the berry crepes today after craving some for a long time, and they definitely satisfied my craving! We look forward to returning and trying out more things on their menu!

Finally found an opportunity to visit this establishment. Saw another one of their adds on Facebook that made me thirst for some Sorbet. My wife and I went this afternoon to have a treat...so glad we did. My wife had the Strawberry Gelato and I had the Raspberry Sorbet.....both were off the hook! Looking forward to trying their Pizza as well.....

The soup of the day was a crab soup, absolutely DELICIOUS! And the fig arugula pizza was really authentic, a taste of Italy on the shore of NC! The gelato was great! Highly recommend this place and will certainly return with my family.

Amazing place, food is always fresh and tastes wonderful! Fantastic pizzas and soups of the day! The gelato and sorbets are to die for, and its one of my favorite places to go and to bring friends and family! Eat in or take it to go, great family friendly atmosphere. A good variety of options to choose from, starting with frozen treats to paninis and pizza! Almost everything is homemade and I love the delicious options instead of always greasy fast food.Treat the kiddos or have a cozy date night out for dinner or lunch :) I come here a couple times a month easily. The staff are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. If you haven't taken a moment to try Frutta Fresca you need to get a move on, because you're missing out!

Super great experience. Lovely menu that you generally can't find in the area. We had the fig and arugula balsamic pizza, bacon egg & cheese panini and a bananas foster crepe. Everyone we talked with was extremely helpful and everything is made fresh to order. Highly recommend.

Having recently returned from several weeks in Italy, we were missing the delicious gelati (gelatos) there. Stumbling across the Frutta Fresca location on North Topsail Beach, we decided to give them a try. Absolutely delicious! We spoke to the owner, Lisa, who told us she’d lived in Italy for two years and while there learned how to make traditional gelato. She really succeeded! She also uses Italian equipment in the crafting of her product. It is truly Italian gelato. We will return often!

Tucked away in a quiet pleasant setting. I had a delicious chicken crepe. The veggies were perfectly cooked, crunchy peppers, onions, Everyrhing is homemade. The gelato was great. Lovely staff! What a find!

These guys and gals are the super most awesomest ever! The gelato and sorbet are homemade and amazing! The Nutella crepe was spot on and the seasoning on the chicken crepe was just right. Don't get me started on that sauce with the chicken crepes either; we'll be here all day. If you live in or around Snead's Ferry, or even if you're just passing through, you have to stop here. You absolutely will be glad you took the time.

Incredible. I ordered a 6 pack of gelato for my husband’s birthday. We received two chocolate hazelnut, strawberry, apple pie, sea salted caramel and mint chocolate chip. My husband and father in-law are fans of mint chocolate chip and said it was the best they have ever had, even over their family’s most coveted brand. The sea salted caramel and chocolate hazelnut are also the most delectable, quality gelato we’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over, in and out of the country for food and am comfortable saying that there is no better gelato I have tasted. If you’re into food, quality ingredients and a treat that has been perfected with care, I recommend stopping into the cafe or ordering if you’re out of state.

My wife and l had lunch there today! The place was spotless, the food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service was great! We will definitely visit the restaurant again. Congratulations John and Lisa and your entire team.

The lemon basil sorbet was one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. Perfect for after a long day at the beach. The owner is so nice as well. Highly recommend.
