Super nice guy at the counter. He was helpful and welcoming. The boxes they have now are nice. There are pieces of tape already on the box for your convenience. Better experience than the last time I was here.

JBT, carriers are instructed to skip mailboxes that are blocked by vehicles. Whoever owns the vehicle, you, the neighbor, the man in the moon. And as for the repeated claims on Google that carriers are too lazy to deliver packages, that's ridiculous. In fact, it's more work to skip a delivery. Why in the world would someone go to the trouble of loading a package, carrying it around all day, not deliver it, and have to carry it back into the office, just to have to do it all over again the next day. Sorry, I'm not buying it.

I come here often to mail packages to my kids, and the staff here is always so friendly! They always have the supplies I need for shipping flat-rate packages, and they always help me get in and out quickly. If there is a line, they are quick to add a second person to help reduce the line. And I've had a lot of occasions when I've come, and there is no line. I feel like the employees here make it feel like my "neighborhood post office!"

Today I went to the Maineville Post Office and the person at the desk couldn't have been more helpful preparing my package for shipment. I appreciate their knowledge and friendliness and willingness to help. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

I use the Maineville Post Office at least once a day and they are the most helpful, kind and patient people in the business. True professionals, they keep their cool no matter what! Thanks USPS for having folks like Linda, Mark and Rebecca!

This is my favorite post office. The guys here know what they’re doing, they’re fast and actually have a sense of humor. They LOVE when I rush in at 4:58 with a bag full of packages, LOL! Love this place! A stamp machine would be nice but seriously....have you seen the Morrow P.O.???? 😳

Thank you to the Maineville postal worker that was delivering a package to my house (on a Sunday) and took time to help me with jump starting my car! Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she deserves an award for going above and beyond her duties!!

Just spoke with Katie in order to help resolve an issue. She was extremely kind, patient and very, very helpful. I even felt she went out of her way to try and help me. It was breath of fresh air today as I was trying to locate medication that had been lost in transit. Thank you, Katie!

I’ve always had good experiences with this post office and its carriers.

Never been on a long wait at this location. Competent and courteous folks managing and working at the place. No complaints so far!

Love visiting this post office daily. Very friendly staff, and never much of a wait.
