Monnick Supply is an amazing place for lawn tractor service. They have been taking care of my 24-year-old(!) Scotts lawn tractor for the past three years and they always do a fantastic job. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is fast and reliable. Katie, the manager of the service department, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She always answer calls promptly and makes sure I get the best service possible. Their technicians are very professional and skilled. Mark, one of their technicians, recently helped me diagnose and fix a problem with my tractor over the phone. He was very patient and explained everything clearly. He saved me a lot of time and money by giving me the right information. I really appreciate his honesty and generosity. Monnick Supply is a rare gem in today’s world of service. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs lawn tractor service. They are the best in the business!

From the moment that you walk in you are greeted and welcomed to the store, you will be asked what you're looking for and an associate will walk with you to find what you need. If you cannot find something specific, they will order it for you. In many cases I have found that they have many items that a Local Competitor may not have. Specialty items in many cases or discontinued items that others do not have.

If you need repairs done either a Lawn Mower, a Weed Wacker, Leaf Blower, Snow Blower or just a tune up, they can do it. An Oil change or a small repair, they can do it.

If you are planning an outdoors event and you need food trays with sterno burners, they have it, if you need a dance floor, they have it. If you need to rent an Auger for a stockade fence installation or maybe a power washer to wash your deck, house or patio. They have it.

If you need to move and need to rent a truck. They have it.

If you need Paints, Stains or Sealers, they have it. With all of the latest top of the line color matching tinting systems and an experienced staff to help you plan that Home Improvement Project. They can do it.

If you are looking for that old fashioned Ma and Pa store, this is your place. I know because I have made them my first option and so should you. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!
And I'm happy to report the keys worked!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They can almost always help me even when the “other” hardware store can’t. Monnick is a local gem. My sons only wish is you were open on Sunday. But everyone needs some peace!

The best service and help in hardware. Staff will always take you to the aisle and ask questions to help you find the right part, product or fastener.

Good old-fashioned hardware store with friendly helpful personnel. Whenever I go in there, they always ask me if I need any help. They always have something I need for the house. Reminds me of the wonderful hardware stores of my youth. Personal service with a genuine smile!

Always my first stop before the big box store. Best selection of fasteners anywhere. Screen repairs are excellent. Great for propane refills and equipment rentals. Bought my snowblower and barbecue here. Friendly helpful staff.

Love this place! We've come here for rentals and supplies for both home and business many times over the years. A true old school locally owned business any town should be proud to have. Everyone is always amicable, ready to pause and shoot the breeze for a few minutes, and you leave with a smile. Their industrial supplies section behind the paint department is a hidden gem. Our restaurant gets our gloves and cleaning chemicals of the shelf, no need to wait for shipping from far away warehouses.

Friendliest supply store I’ve ever been to! They have tons of information and always have someone available to help. We bought our snow blower and weed eater from them and both were assembled and tested before walking out the door. You can’t find this kind of service anymore!

Highly recommended. I came to the store with a custom color that I needed to have matched. I tried without success to have this done at two of the big box stores. The techs at Monnick Supply Co. were not only able to perform the service, but went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the result before I left the store. When you buy anything here....it's a quality product at a decent price. It may not be the lowest price in town, but you won't have to return stuff like you do at Home Depot and Lowe's. There goes your savings with ONE return trip. Also, they seem to have what I want when I go there. No going to another store!!! Plus, they are local people and they work hard to get your business.

Great variety and we'll stocked still retains the mom
and pop feel. Superior paint section and ample rental selection create an above average hardware- supply store. Helpful staff , weekly specials, all at convenient locations in Marlborough or Framingham.

EDIT: Just noticed this was a 2 star, not sure how this happened. I had a great experience with the service team at Monnick when they fixed my snow blower last year :-)
