Was taken to Anthony’s by a local for my birthday dinner and I was in heaven! We both got specials for our entree ( short rib for me and veal for him) Spectacular! I couldn’t stop doing my happy eating dance with every bite.

My sister and I visited Anthony’s on our last trip to Oxford. It was the first time we had been since the restaurant changed from its previous ownership. Anthony himself was there saying hello as we arrived. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and we were seated immediately. it’s a charming space, and there were quite a few more people there when we left than when we arrived. I ordered a seafood special, and my sister had the famous crêpe lasagna. My dish was saucy, and Anthony brought me a lanyard to be able to clip my napkin around myself as a bib, and I much appreciated it. The dish I had was tasty, and much of the seafood was cooked perfection, but I have to admit that the calamari was a little chewy. My sister had the crêpe lasagna where they use crêpes instead of noodles, layered with meat and cheese. The sauce is served over top and forms of moat around the lasagna. They do top it with cheese and brown it in the oven after it is plated. It has 1 million layers almost like a baklava. My sister said the ingredients were good, but she really preferred a noodle lasagna, as she likes the chewiness of the pasta versus the crêpes. she said it was just a personal preference, not that there was anything about the lasagna that wasn’t delicious. we would definitely come back and try some other dishes, because they were really good elements in both of our meals.

This is an absolutely phenomenal restaurant for authentic Italian cuisine. Anthony the owner and chef, does an outstanding job with his hospitality and quality of food. The service is excellent with the staff taking the utmost care of their patrons. I live a good 30 minutes away and will always make the drive out to Oxford for this restaurant. For how amazing the food, service, and atmosphere is, this restaurant does not get enough credit it deserves. More customers need to frequent this establishment to keep businesses like this running for years to come.

I dined here a few days ago with my parents. The food was excellent, as was the service! The restaurant is very cute inside and feels cozy and welcoming. The chef, Anthony, checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed and that the food was to our liking. He also was very helpful in accommodating my dietary restrictions. All around, I highly recommend! It was a lovely experience.

We just ate at Anthony’s with a party of ten and absolutely loved it - it’s the best Italian in the Easton/oxford/st Michael’s area. The chicken parm and scallops were delicious, and everyone particularly loved the pasta on cognac sauce. The Caesar salad was also really, really good. The service- led by Dean- was awesome. Highly recommend!

Wow what a great find! Amazing food and service! This is well crafted Italian cuisine, the chef / owner knows what he is doing! Do not skip desert it’s all made in house. We had calamari appetizer the sauces were both amazing, Chicken Parm which was perfection and Shrimp Fra-Diavlo very generous portion and the sauce was delicious! We are Italian food snobs from NYC.

The Eggplant Parmigiano was the best around, and I loved the marinara! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was so relaxing and good for actual comfortable seating and conversation. Masterpieces of art surrounded the eating areas, which were replicas of classics from the Vatican. We are definitely returning. They offered lunch time portions and prices. A very minor part missing was most local Italian restaurants offer a small bread basket which they didn't. Otherwise it was excellent.

I enjoyed a wonderful dinner and evening for the first time at Anthony’s. If you’re looking for delicious and authentic Italian food I highly recommend Anthony’s. Anthony is a gracious host and outstanding chef. I enjoyed every bite of the appetizer Burrata Camicia and one of the signature dishes - Rigatoni Eduardo. The atmosphere at Anthony’s is warm and inviting. All in all- Oxford is lucky to have such a gem of a restaurant. I’ll be back next time I am on the Eastern Shore.

We had a wonderful birthday party for my wife yesterday. Anthony created a super delicious menu and capped it with beautiful and tasty birthday cake. This restaurant is a gem in Oxford.

Went for lunch for the first time and everything was excellent. They didn't have a lunch menu, but everything on the dinner menu is about half price with smaller portions.

I had the Chicken Toscana which was chicken, sausage, Tuscan beans, spinach and rosemary in a cognac sauce. It was delicious and unique. Others had a Caesar salad and fettuccine Bolognese, and everyone was pleased.

They had the wine I enjoy... Tuscan Chardonnay. The food was wonderful. Appetizers were great proportions and delicious. They made me chicken piccata that wasn't even on the menu.... Veal piccata was however. It was heavenly. Cooked perfectly. Desserts so good, special and made with love. Topped off with great espresso! Only downside is the atmosphere. It was slightly chilly and just seemed a little odd. That won't stop me from coming back however

Best I have had since my Italian uncle passed on. Tony cooks old world style and loves sharing it. I stumbled across his place and made a special trip back two days later.

Our group of three thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Anthony's- a very personable experience from start to finish. Our waiter Christian was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had a very reasonably priced Chianti Reserve which complemented our meals- 2 veal dishes and a ravioli special. Everything was cooked to order and Anthony personally visited each table to chat and check on all of the patrons. He has an extensive resume and the food reflects that. Rebecca is a great hostess and made sure all of our needs were met. We noticed another couple eating at the same time who had a gluten intolerance and it was accommodated. Our only regret was that we were so full we didn't get to try any desserts, but there were plenty of choices. Anthony's is a much needed addition to Oxford and a first class meal from the tablecloths, artwork, soft music and authentic Italian food!

We ate dinner at Anthony’s last night for the first time and I can’t tell you how wonderful everything from the service to the food, to the genuine hospitality was.

Firstly, we arrived and were seated in the main dining room which already had a large table of happy diners enjoying themselves. I have some hearing issues and hubby asked if we could be moved to a quieter room. Our waitress, Christina, immediately swooped us over to a table in a separate room in front of the fireplace. Anthony came out from the kitchen to turn the fireplace on and make sure we were comfortable and our experience just went up from there…
I asked Anthony for a recommendation from the menu and without hesitation he suggested the Bolognese and told us it’s a 300 years old recipe! That sold my niece and she was not disappointed! I had the Carbonara and hubby had the Portofino (seafood) pasta. All our entrees were delicious and very generous servings.

Anthony and his staff were attentive but not overbearing. We truly felt like family and know this will not be our last visit! I highly recommend trying Anthony’s if you are in the area, you’ll be happy you did!

We visited Anthony’s last night for dinner. The food was fantastic. Anthony’s food transported us back to Italy where we visited a few years ago. His food was every bit as good as in the old country. Ordered the shrimp special for appetizer, cannelloni for main entree and seven sisters cake for dessert. Yummy. Can’t wait to go back. Our waiter was wonderful and fun. It was very nice meeting the chef; he wanted to make sure we were having a wonderful dining experience………, which we were. Loved the comfortable decor. Anthony’s is our new favorite restaurant on the eastern shore of Maryland.

What a lovely picturesque Italian restaurant. Attention to detail was found throughout the decor. Our server Christian was amazing. We started off with escargot which was to die for and the homemade bread was a delight to sop up all the juices. The Bolognese was out of this world! Even though I am not a wine drinker, their wine list was extensive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a love of Italian food. Their portions are generous, and the staff is most attentive.

Fantastic dinner experience. Our waiter, Dean, was a true professional. Made great wine paring recommendations. Food was delicious and far superior to Italian restaurants with 30 miles or so. Will definitely return.

Anthonys is legitimate Italian food made by a real Italian Chef. The lasagna is out of this world. Bottle pricing for wine is the most reasonable in the area and they have a nice selection. Pay them a visit, and stay for dessert. Fantastic.

I had a Caesar and a Shrimp Francese over linguine. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the lemon reduction was outstanding. My wife had the Portfolio, which had shrimp, scallops, calamari and clams, which she loved. The portions were very generous. Anthony visited the table and was very helpful with our choices. Unfortunately we enjoyed the meal too much to have dessert....but we will be back very soon.
