After unsuccessfully attempting to build my own PC and making several failed trips to another repair shop, I decided to give my computer another chance. I brought in two PCs: one that never worked and one that used to work. My goal was to somehow combine these two nearly-complete computers into one functioning machine.

A couple of days later, I have that working machine! Ben is incredibly communicative and knowledgeable.

The entire process was so easy, and I couldn’t be happier. He replaced a part, and overall, the repair cost was under $200, which seemed more than reasonable. Thank you!

As a senior citizen with a sick IPad, Ben and his assistant took a look and had it fixed hours later and ready for pick up sooner than expected. This gentleman is a godsend, my laptop went dead on a Friday afternoon I called the shop explained the problem,he said bring it in I told him I lived by my laptop ( doing everthing ) he told me there was a fee for rushed service, Took it in @3:30 on a Friday was told if it was a simple fix maybe that evenning if it needed parts it would be longer, well it was a simple fix for this man and I had my laptop back by 6:30 the same evenning . This man is worth everything. I highly recommend him and will use him again if the need arises He is very reasonable in his pricing in fact I was quite surprised at the pricing I expected to pay alot more for the quick service.

Originally, i was planning on going to a different company for my pc issues and they told me that it would cost 200-300 dollars to repair an all-in-one water cooler. I went to Ben and he was very helpful throughout, he was straightfoward, professional and honest. All around Ben is a great guy. At Affordable PC Services, i only spent 144 dollars to switch to an air cooler. I 100% recommend them!

Had a super niche issue, i went to school for IT. But couldnt fix this issue as it was way above my understaning, but this organization fixed it no problem in 4 hours and helped me do my job better. 10/10 trust them to fix your IT issues.

New to the area, I chose Affordable PC based on reviews. I'm glad I did. Ben was terrific. Took my PC in on Wednesday and he said he probably couldn't get to it until Thursday.

Ben is the man when it comes to anything to do with computers. Very pleased with his professionalism reasonable price and quick service also very polite young man. We are 40 minutes from his shop but would not hesitate to make the trip again. Would highly recommend him to anyone

I waited to write this review in order to ensure there were no "pop up problems" after the service was provided. There have been none. This man worked a miracle on both of my daughters laptops, one of which shut down in the middle of important testing. The other he repaired while my daughter was home from college for just a couple of days. He worked it in and she was able to take it back. We are so grateful. I can now say I have a "computer guy" because I will not be going anywhere else when a service is needed. Ben is knowledgeabe, fast, does fair pricing, great personality and professional.

Direct. To the point. Affordable as advertised. Ben was able to diagnose my computer's failure to initiate startup and identify which part to send in for warranty. He even gave me some bubble wrap and a box for mailing in the part. I am very pleased with my experience.
