Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

So happy we have a more local Rita’s in the area. I love that it’s attached to Philly Pretzel, because who doesn’t love a water ice/pretzel combo?? For the people complaining they don’t have enough flavor selection, they just opened. I’m sure as time goes on they’ll add to their list like the veteran stores around. I enrolled in their flavor list emails and keep an eye on what they have that day. They had two sugar free options today when we went and both were delicious! I also love that they have Juicy Pear frequently which is my husband’s favorite. We usually don’t see that flavor often. Keep up the great work!

Why do they have Swedish Fish flavored water ice??????

Place was so clean and soo nice. The ladies at the counter were nice and friendly. So sad seasons ending but the pretzel factory is right across in the same building will definitely be going again!

Now this is customer service! Thank you so much because I just came from the other Rita's on broad st and they wouldn't even make an effort even after telling me they would be open! Small Rita's. Only two custard flavors and less than a dozen water ice flavors. The staff was friendly and made our orders correctly.

Always been a fan of rita's so glad I live so close to one but cant have it all the time but it's nice to treat your self once in a while. Also it's an indoor Rita's I've never seen one before I live my whole life in philly and they all have been outside walk up windows so this is a nice change

Great custard and super nice employees! The Google hours are wrong, they’re open 12-10 and the pretzel place is open too!

Cute little shop with parking out front. Seating inside and out. Courteous staff. And super water ice and creamed ice. My kids can't get enough Mango.

The girls are young and just learning the process of how to wait on customers so be patient with them. I love coming to this store a good variety, very quick in and out.

This new locations is located right next pretzel factory. Kind a friendly staff, definitely will be back.

Who does not love Italian ice. I like to get there cherry Italian ice with vanilla icecream. Or to see what new flavors they have.

Good selections and decent prices. I think that I have had better mango water ice from a competitor but it is still good here.
