TEN OUT OF TEN!! I had the fortune of getting Amber to help me. She was fabulous to work with. The customer service here is top notch, and the salesmanship - amazing. There was no pressure, in fact, I feel like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. This is why I'm with Verizon.

I got an experience, not just a service. While Amber was getting me all set-up, the manager, Kyle, put my new protective screen on, and Deirdre (sp?) had me in stitches with laughter. This is what a real team looks like. 100% genuine people working there. Thank you Amber and Deirdre for not only helping me, but for making my day great! Y'all rock!

We misread the closing time (5 pm on Sunday, not 6 pm as we thought), and arrived at 4:30, including two small children. Nate and Jeremy were amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and patient. Even though our specific needs ended up taking longer than we expected, they were always great!

Worked with a gentleman named Jeremy and he was excellent and straight forward. Didn't let us have any surprises in prices and did his best to set us up with the best price within our budget. Went through and broke down every option we had. People are a product of their workplace and if the rest of the folks here are half as nice as Mr. Jeremy then you'll be in good hands.

Service was awesome, Laura was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a new phone for my daughter. I also got a Verizon 5g Gateway Home Internet. I am very satisfied with both of these devices to add to our plane.

No waiting gor topnotch assistance and advice on phones and plans. I came in to look at phone cases. It is difficult to buy a new case online without being able to put it in your hand. Some cases are as slick as the phone I am trying to hang on to and some are just too bulky to fit in you pocket. I was able to settle on a nice case for my phone at the same price I found it for online and the tech helped install the screen protector.

I was having issues with my phone. Kyle the manager was so sweet and helpful. Even stayed late after close to make sure our phones were working.

Went to buy new phone for my 91 yrs old Mother. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me on which phone would be easiest for Mother to use, then helped transfer all the contacts from old phone to new phone

The employees at the west loop location are life savers! They all are so nice and polite, they never make me feel stupid for the technology I will probably never learn. I wish I'd have gotten the name of the nice young man that worked to solve my problems. Top notch group of employees.!

I never dread going to this location for questions, upgrades, or just to pay my phone bill. Everyone is always upbeat and willing to help. I wanted to give kudos to Tony for staying an hour after they closed (and willing to stay longer if necessary) to make sure all of my contacts, pictures, etc were moved from my old phone to my new one. I have never walked out of this store unhappy. When I have gone they take good care. Only thing is because they are that good sometimes the waiting is too long. But when you get service it is great. Am impressed
