The best pool and spa supply in the area! Georgina is so knowledgeable and friendly! We've been coming here for about two years after having some terrible experience elsewhere. She's taught me so much about managing our pool and hor tub. We'd be swimming in algae without the staff at Aqua Leisure. They will test your water and make recommendations as well as answer questions regarding parts and other maintenance. Prices are very fair.

Very happy with the service. The other company didn’t even call me back after leaving multiple voicemails.I have emergency hot tub problem and the store service was doing everything to help me. Terry S the hot tub technician was amazing. He keep working till he find the problem and fixed working long hours. Thank You guys !!!!!!!

I had a great experience with Georgi at Tannersville Aqua Leisure. She went well above providing service/help to me. She promised to work with me until the problem was resolved and did. We communicated many times for about a week until she got the Wilkes Barre division to contact me and resolve the issue. She could have easily ignored me since my problem was with Aqua Leisure Wilkes Barre. She said I work for Aqua Leisure and can help. She kept me a customer. Thank you Georgi.

What an amazing experience… we bought a hot tub from here and the customer service is SUPREME ! From beginning to end… Georgia is so super helpful, it’s the first time we have a hot tub and she’s always available to answer our questions and help out. I am so pleased to have met the wonderful staff of aqua leisure. First, Anna and Gigi helped us to make a selection of the finest spa for our needs. Then, we waited a reasonable time to get it delivered. The two men, Harley and Sedrick, did a magnificent job of fitting the spa exactly where we wanted it. When I had questions, Gigi had answers.
