We had the pleasure of meeting Seth Johnson at Capstone Homes back in December, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Initially, we were just exploring the area, but we quickly fell in love with it. This community is in the perfect location, and we even have a wonderful view. Seth welcomed us warmly and was instrumental in helping us identify exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a home for our family. My Capstone home purchase could not have gone better thanks to Seth Johnson. When I was looking for my home, I decided to stop by Settlers Bluff, met Seth, and discussed my needs/wants in a home with him.
First, Seth is very likable and professional. He was attentive and listened to me during our discussion. As I explained what I was looking for, Seth asked questions that helped to explain my "wish list." When we finished, he told me that he thought he had something that would be of interest.
He showed me three homes, all of which fit my description exactly. When we were back in the office, we were able to agree on a contract immediately.
After the sale, Seth went out of his way to insure I was kept abreast of my home build progress, keeping in touch all the way through closing. He made is clear that he would be available at any time for any questions or concerns I may have.
Seth made the entire experience of home buying easy, quick and, most importantly, painless.

Great value! We have been happy with the quality of construction, the support we received during sales, financial process, orientation and the move-in process. We had a few minor new-home issues that were promptly addressed by the Warranty department. Capstone Homes has been very responsive in this regard. Settler's Bluff is a growing community with pristine and beautiful surroundings, brand new roads and easy access to Highway 10 to I-494. The snow removal, landscaping, lawn mowing, sprinklers, irrigation and sod are all included in a modest, monthly HOA payment. Overall, we believe it is a great choice! No buyer's remorse at all!
