My wife's iPhone had an issue where it locked her out, and her password would not work.We tried different things the Internet
Suggested.but nothing worked.I called them, Jeff was very nice and told me to bring it down.1 hour later it was fixed.Thanks for the quick response and making my wife a happy.

These guys are incredible! Had an emergency with my business laptop. Parts had to be ordered with a 3-5 day delivery. That would have been a disaster for my business. Josh and team were able to expedite the parts and fix it. Had it a day earlier than expected and they truly saved the day! So easy to communicate with and extremely reasonable prices. I will never go anywhere else!

Went in today to have the back glass of my iPhone fixed. Fast and efficient job, looks just like new. Have always had great experiences when I've been at the store, no complaints. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable with what they do, definitely a solid location to stop at to get your phone repaired.

Great store! I called because my cell wasn’t getting the internet when I was away from home. The associate said it was probably because I was a Verizon customer, but to bring it in and he could check it. After 5 minutes he saw something wasn’t switched on. It works. When I asked what I owed he and another associate both said nothing. I insisted and all of us were thankful. So glad Gloversville has this service!

Stopped in yesterday hoping for a screen replacement- unfortunately my phone was to far gone. They quickly set me up with a replacement phone in stock to get me back up and running. Knowledgeable, reasonable and attentive. Thanks guys!
