I have just left the Amsterdam store and worked with Addison. I have never had such great help with my T-Mobile 853 I made several calls even with customer service but this store has gone Beyond I highly recommend this store to everyone.

My husband and I needed help setting up our new phones and an IPad yesterday and if I were wealthy I would give him a HUGE bonus. Not only was he knowledgeable and for us performed a miracle for us setting everything up, but a true sweetheart. He was patient with us and so professional. The other gentleman working with him was a huge help as well. More than we have experienced in the past at other places for other things. So Christian you are absolutely wonderful and god bless you for everything. I totally recommend this T-mobile. 💯

My family and I went in yesterday to switch providers. We have 5 lines. Mystia was wonderful!!! So kind and patient especially with my 78 year old mother. We had so many questions and she answered all them with clarity and professionalism (and some fun). The whole process was pleasant and efficient. Mystia and her manager are a great team!!! Thank you for the great experience!!!!!

Went in here to migrate my Sprint account to T-Mobile. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The office was clean, the staff had masks on, and plenty of antibacterial bottles were available for customers to use. Usually, I dread this type of experience but I was surprised at how easy it was here. Much better customer service than I ever got with Sprint.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! Enzo Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also super patient! My two-year-old was not exactly happy to be there and he was extremely patient and helpful Even with my daughter being so fussy. I couldn’t thank him enough for his polite hospitality. I will be referring my friends and family to him, that store (very clean, everything in stock) and T-Mobile 🙂

The customer service was great. Very helpful an was able to answer all my questions an get my number ported super quick which was very awesome.

Had a great experience today at the Amsterdam location. Joe made the switch from apple to android virtually painless and he answered all of my questions and concerns.

I went to the Amterdam, NY TMobile with a billing issue. Ron, Mystia and Peter were eager to help me. They were pleasant and courteous and resolved my issue quickly. I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Went in to purchase my son a new phone, and Chris was super helpful and very nice! Helped us out with everything we asked and needed, definitely would recommend for others to stop in!!

Went in for new service, store manager was extremely helpful and informative. Working alone the store manager was quick and efficient with helping all the customers in the store.

So glad there's finally a T-mobile store so close!!! Stopped to get a burrito at moe's and found this tmobile. Figured I would take a look and thankfully I did because I got $300 trade in for my old phone and walked out with my iPhone X. And I'm still saving $17 from what I payed with Verizon. Would definitely recommend T-mobile to anyone now that the service is finally good in the area, the customer service was amazing and the store is beautiful. Thankyou Justin:)

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They told me how to improve my reception by just making a few changes to my settings. They also told me where to find more information on-line.

Ron is very helpful, pleasant, and curtious. Always a pleasure to come here when he is working.
