Southern Girl Diner

I guess we are regulars mostly because the fish fry is the best in the valley. We've tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. It's as close to eating in your mother's kitchen as you can get. I never minded the original location across the street, but this place is cozier and has the interesting view of the ever-changing creek. Southern Girls just nails it, and the waitstaff
is perfect.

The food here is FIRE. Absolutely hits the spot Everytime! The owner is real nice, and comes to say hi often. My wife and I go here for lunch regularly. It's a calm quiet vibe during the week, which is perfect for a mid day work break. Flavors are on point. The owner seems to source locally when she can, which is a MAJOR win in my book. If you see pulled pork fries on the 'specials' menu, GET AT EM! The server who works during the weekdays is really cool and kind. The new location is AWESOME.

Just passing through town and the place looked good. Turns out it was fantastic! Food is all fresh and delicious. The homemade key lime cheesecake was out of this world!

Cute little place for a family get together.. I had the Cobb Salad with fried chicken, and it was delicious!! Gorgeous view of the East Canada Creek!! I loved it! I'll definitely go back to try some more food on the menu. Highly recommended!🤓

I ordered the cheesy grits for breakfast. The serving was huge. I felt bad that I didn't finish it. The cheesy grits were awesome, nonetheless. The location is very nice, dining al fresco was an option.

Fantastic diner/restaurant.

We came in for a Sunday lunch and really enjoyed ourselves. We tried some of their signature sandwiches.

My wife had their berry and Gouda sandwich and I had their chicken sandwich. I had a side of their fries and they were really good, as well.

Both were very tasty. The service was excellent and we had a very enjoyable lunch.

I believe they are getting ready to move locations - just right across the street, but it was a great meal with great service. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice and clean little diner. The food has never been disappointing. Although I have only had the breakfast meals, they do serve burgers and things of that nature. But what I like the best about this diner is the atmosphere and the service is the best. Always friendly and do their best to make sure you are taking care of. For 2 people to eat a good breakfast the bill is around 22 dollars, which I think is worth every penny.

Breakfast was awesome! Cinnamon raisin french toast and pancakes were amazing for us. I'm not personally a huge grilled cheese person so I'm not the best judge for their lunch/dinner specialties myself!

So happy we stopped here. We tried 2 other restaurants in town and they were booked. Great fish fry! Large portions. Friendly staff! Can't ask for more!

Super cute place! Everything you want from a modern day diner. Great interior and food items range from simple to creative dishes. Loved their home brewed blueberry tea! Great food, great prices.

Very friendly and quick service. Great variety of sandwiches that you won't find anywhere else locally.

We are big fans of all the sandwiches... including the Cuban, Pork Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger and Autumn's Chicken Sandwich! The shrimp and grits are great, too. So thankful they offer gluten free buns :-)

We stopped in here for lunch from out of town and the food was REALLY good. I’d eat the sweet potato waffle fries everyday if I could.
