Every time I go, I'm satisfied with everything except that the table is a little messy.

Inside is clean and employees are friendly. Drink tasted good. Decent reusable cup selection.

I started going to the Seattle Hill Road... I am a Starbuck-Acholic 😃
Let me tell you..... the service is ASTOUNDING! In short while... everyone knew my name... always friendly!
I don't talk really well... I had a stroke not long ago.... the server reads what I wrote under Starbucks app.... no complaints...
I am a pharmacist... I tell everyone to go there ...

I've been coming to this location exclusively for the customer service and consistent quality of drink and food items. I order a pretty complicated drink which has many modifications to it, and every barista here seems to get it right! I always feel like family when I come here. The store is very clean and all the staff deserve a raise! I know that customer service is a part of training when you take a certain job, but it's up to each individual to go above and beyond expectations, and this store seems to have it all! I don't prefer to go to any competitors!

Love this location and the people working here. One of the best early morning crews around...the perfect way to start the day! It is no wonder this location is a community favorite and very busy. In this rushed world, it is always good to visit a place where the regulars are made to feel like family and the day does not feel complete without a visit. This is truly a 3rd space!!!

Starbucks at first got my drink wrong but when I went back in they quickly fixed it and made the right one, while offering us the option of keeping the wrong drink. They were all very friendly and even commented saying that my drink looked cute and that they should try it! A really fun experience even though it was short!😆

Quiet, calm, and courteous staff quickly provided me and my friend our drinks in a polite and professional manner-

And of course the coffee was excellent.

Okay, I dont know if it's just me, but I ordered twice here and all drinks are extraordinary! I ordered the same drink a day before in different store and the one I got here is better! Seriously, two thumbs up 👍 👏 btw I ordered Caramel Ribbon Church Frappuccino & Matcha Frappuccino. Both are good!!

Ordering for pick-up is easy. You can avoid the line by placing your order using their app as you're heading out the door and it's usually on the counter waiting for you when you get there. Tell them your name and they will push your order forward for you to grab.

If you don't want to enter the building (or can't), you can use the app on your phone to pay via their drive-thru and remain in your vehicle. They will scan the bar code on your phone for a contactless interaction.

I've been frequenting this location for a couple years now and I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong. Consistent great service!

Amazing!! I came at 6:15am and staff was just full of energy and the vibe rubbed off on me...I got a lot of work done using their energy. Even managed to spill my Americano but they replaced it with a new one and were so easy going about the mess I had made. I really enjoyed my morning here and staff's attitude really really goes a long way and will make me want to come back over n over again. Thank you Starbucks on 132nd!!!

The only Starbucks I don't really like us the new one on 132 next to Lowe's. It is nicely furnished, the coffee and food excellent, but it is in a former bamk, so all the sound from normal conversations echoes around like being trapped inside a bell.

This one I went to is nice and quiet enough to be comfortable but active enough as well.

Your fast service is beyond my imagination.

They were having issues pulling the money off my app and tried several different ways and since I was patiently waiting they just gave me my drink which was great customer service. They are always nice at this location and it's always clean.

They were nice enough to remake a drink I ordered after discovering they made an error. I was fine with it but they insisted on making it correctly. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I'm thankful there's a coffee shop in the area that has an area to sit down. The other local owned coffee shops either went under or are 15-20 minutes away (let's exclude drive through and grocery store coffee kiosks) I'm not much of a Starbucks fan, but I do enjoy a good old Latte and WiFi.

Never had a bad experience here, staff are friendly. I order ahead and it’s always ready by the time I get there. Fast and yum.

You are not reading this for the Drinks.. the treats... the sandwiches... nor even the giftcards or tea... you are reading this because you want to know about the service and the inside "culture" PERIOD!

I go here in the morning at 630am... the inside is empty and fast... the line outside is crazy mad. I come here in the afternoon around 5pm... its different all the time but always room to chill and pass the time.
I go here saturday/sunday mornings at 730am with my kids... perfection. I see other friends with their kids... or I just have a good quality moment with the kids enjoying sandwiches and coffee.

The staff! All them...soooo many personalities from day to day to morning and night.
I know most of them per the times of the day I show up and since I take the kids all the time they know them too. All hard working folks... not many I have experienced have "gooffed" up my order. Maybe 3 times in like the 2 years I been going here. I live down the street.

Once I did get my sandwich Uncooked? but that was partly my fault for grabbing it and not feeling it was hot. I must of been in a real rush. ONce they gave it to the drive thru folk... no worries... they popped another in the ovenwave.... yeah... thats OVER and MIcrowave joined.... the OvenWave.. hahaa..

But I love this place... I always order drip... nothing else.

This location is super busy! But they handled business quite well. They were very friendly; they have an excellent staff. Calla helped me and she's awesome!

Love this Starbucks! Nearest to my home, and the staff is fantastic. What's with the blue Subaru that is now permanently parked near one of the doors?
