Average and bare minimum kind of sums them up. My work uses this company for uniforms. If you turn in anything for resize or repair it's going to take five or six weeks before they get around to it.

Bad service

I don't really know what to do anymore. I received a very bad customer service since beginning from my Sales rep name Fernando. I try to fix our order according to amount of products that we really use weekly and order some of new product to the account turn out they not just not cancel the last producrt but they delivery new products then still charge me weekly on the old products that I asked for cancel even though they dis continue to delivery but the bills still charge. I have a hope once district manager reachout but don't he said it's their policy to keep continue charging me plus he said they never receive any products that delivery at my restaurant for 2months since we start service. That impossible and he try to blame on my staffs that they might stole it. We got deliver Chef coats 20 per weeks for 2 months and they keep saying they never get return back, In fact we put everything back for delivery truck every week. For restaurant owner I recommended everyone to count and take a pictures what you return weekly since they trying to charge you for missing products. I really don't know what to do, All I want just good and consistency of service

Had really bad service
The manager do not have manners to talk
Everytime bedsheets are short and deliver was not on time
Very very bad service and need to improve communication skill specially for manager
