Five stars does not seem like enough!
Every time I stroll through the doors I am greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The store is always clean, fresh and stocked with everything you would need from a hobby shop. The clay track and mini crawler course are just bonuses for this amazing place. I highly recommend stopping in but be careful, you can easily spend an afternoon there.

I’m not a big review guy, but I can’t say enough about this place. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here is an enthusiast and loves what they do. I was basically given a tour of the entire facility, got to bring my son to the oval track, and used a crawler on the off road one. They also have a rocky course outside in front of the building. As far as parts, they seem to have just about every single SKU you could think of from every major brand. Not only do they have Traxxas, but an entire line of Latrax and parts to accompany those models. You could probably build most cars from scratch with the spare parts they carry. I’m truly astounded and will absolutely be coming back when in town. Thanks guys!

worth the trip if driving a fair distance. everyone was nice and knowledgeable about the hobby and willing to help! they asked what I was after and went grabbed what I was after while I was looking! there's plenty of out of the box stuff that you can handle to help make the decision on what you are actually buying! so if you don't think you need it once its in your hands its hard to put back! great team there! will be making many trips back!

experience was flawless!

This place is amazing. RC cars are expensive and imo confusing. The staff here is VERY helpful and informative. I have purchased 2 vehicles now and am very happy with them both. Also, it's always fun just to stop in the store, they have all sorts of neat things to look at. 5 star staff. 5 star environment. 5 star products and 5 star pricing.

Really stellar selection of supplies, materials, and brand new RC vehicles. We love the course to for small crawlers. An excellent customer service knowledgeable staff.

Ron was super helpful. Love the off-road course. Dirt track is nice addition too

Chris and his crew are second to none. Whether new to the hobby or an old pro, they have what you need. It's one of the largest hobby shops in the northeast, with almost all brands represented. Parts, repairs, wiring, etc... Go once you'll be back!

Stopped by Small Addictions to pick up a new transmitter for my P51 (and yet another plane) Caleb was super helpful by pointing out different options for the transmitter, batteries and charger.. and wasn't pushy to make me buy the most expensive but gave me options.. he even offered to help set up the new plane/transmitter.. very helpful staff and LOTS of stuff to temp your RC addiction..

I was completely amazed the second I walked in. Everything you would dream about. The size of the store & unlimited parts. Awesome customer service. The only thing I was bummed out was that helicopters are honestly almost none exciting in hobby shops. Drones took over for sure. But drones can't even compare to heli's tricks & speed. All-in-all this store is amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...

After wasting money on cheap Amazon rc toys. I stopped in to get some info. My boy loves planes.

On their recommendation we got an apprentice STS plane. With controller and battery and tax it came to 400. This is not a toy! The plane is bigger than my son!

I consider this an investment in a life time hobby or at least till he leaves high school

To me its worth it. Flying rc planes offers science, technology, risk with all its adrenalin with out real risk and great father son time.

Awesome shop. 2024 model kits in stocks and nice brands of paint as well. Great customer service as well and a nice model car and airplane collection too.

I made a purchase from this company with free shipping. It shipped the same day and arrived fast and well packaged, but the product inside was damaged. I sent them an email with pictures, they even replied on a Sunday. After searching for solutions they sent me a full refund. This is a quality company that knows how to treat customers... I plan to buy from them again. Thank you

My son and I went on a week day for they crawler course we had a ton of fun plus when we need parts they had them all in-stock and all the employees were a great help

Great place to shop at. Locally owned, and super friendly employees. Everyone has there strength areas as you ask the employees questions. They have a broad spectrum of knowledge, spread across the board from an airplane guy who knows his way around a runway or two, an organized racing guru guy, setup tips for bashing and racing, and a crawler guy who's super friendly and knowledgeable about the slow part side of radio controlled fun, and they also fix cars and more and this is a great option.....they will also throw out the labor rate for 30 days when you buy it from them when you bring your vehicle in to them to have it fixed. Of course you need to buy the parts, but I myself think it's a great service they are providing for us newbs.
If you have not checked out New York states largest hobby shop, and your into the hobby all in general, stop by on front street in Binghamton, and check out this massive "stocked to the gills" hobby shop. You won't regret it.

Took my son to try their crawler course and were hooked, definitely worth it!

Being an senior citizen, I have seen hobby stores come and go,they only seemed to concentrate on one aspect of the hobby trade ,I suppose this was because they didn't have a large place to display their wares, but your store is huge, I found it a very extensive choice of different types of models ,including RC . I was also impressed with the hundreds of metal , and wood choices to build . Your staff was very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable,even to an old man who was just looking around, and basking in the memories of his past model building, and collecting. I would like to see more of the pre 1930s ,planes and cars , military and civilian. Just a thought, You have plenty of choices to keep me busy for years to come. I would suggest that you advertise, not only on the internet, but locally, in the news papers, not every one likes to shop on line. Also ,I donot know who parks their inventory of Jeeps in the parking lot ,but it doesn't give shoppers much parking close to your store. You will be seeing me again. At first I thought it was about drug and alcohol addictions ,ha ,ha the joke was on me.

Decided to stop in to check out the place and walked out with 3 RC trucks. Awesome off-road course. Nice indoor course as well. A ton of inventory for everything RC. Helpful and knowledgeable staff that enjoy the hobby.

Best hobby store i have ever been to. The store itself is huge and well laid out. They also have a great website if you can't make it into the store. Service is awesome in person as well as over the phone. Employees are very knowledgeable. They have indoor tracks !!! Yes multiple

Always friendly, and they know what I'm talking about every when I don't.
The store is always full of many different hobbies. It is a trip worth taking for me when I need something because I usually have to wait for other hobby stores to order it and then wait for it to get there.
