We had the best experience! The manager stayed late with us to find our perfect bedroom set. He is so patient and helped work the numbers to fit our needs and we'll as making our dream bedroom a reality. The store offers a HUGE selection of furniture. Great displays. Very clean. Actually smelled amazing in the store. It was a zero pressure situation. He let us walk around and did not hover until we needed help. Then he had all the answers. I am thrilled with the entire experience. 100% recommend

Finally took the time for my wife and I to have the “Bed Match” experience at Bob Mills in Waco. We have made purchases from there in the past, but this will be our first mattress purchase. Decided on the split twin xl system and one of the mattresses has a 30 year warranty and the other a 20 year warranty. Should be the last mattress purchase we will ever need to make. Great system. The sales team and all involved made it easy.

We stopped by Bob Mills Furniture today to get some ideas for living room furniture for our new home. Of course we found the perfect set and didn't want to pass up the July 4th sale, so we now have two beautiful leather couches and a recliner with all the bells and whistles that we had no idea even existed! Sure wish we had thought about taking some pictures.
There were no shopper stalkers, but Phil was a great guy who helped us find the perfect living room furniture. Thank you for your help!

We were excited to go to Bob Mills because of the commercials. He is the kind of man I wanted to give my business to as a first time brand new furniture buyer. There was lots to choose from, and we were greeted and helped immediately upon entering. The man who helped us let us shop around. I know some sales people will hover over you, but he let us shop around and checked on us lightly which I highly appreciated. He upsold us with mattresses too! He informed us about President Day sales which we took advantage of. He tested my boyfriend and I on which mattress type was best for us. It was a cool experience having a machine mattress tell us our type. From there, we tested out mattresses and found the one for us. I even added in a second mattress for my sister! He offered financing, but we paid upfront. Nervous, but excited about my new sofa and mattresses I will have delivered soon! Amazing customer service and it's always better to shop in person versus online for these things. I prefer online shopping typically, but it's better to test out furniture before you buy it just like a car. I highly recommend Bob Mills in Waco!

We were greeted immediately by salesman Chris. He was super njceand patient while we figured out what we wanted. Everything was super clean and everyone was so very nice. They earned a life Long customer. We walked away with a stellar deal in a much needed mattress and bed set.

The service was great. Phil was extremely helpful and informed me of items in stock that could be delivered by next week. He got the in store interior designer to give me suggestions for matching items. It was a fun experience!
