When I called at 730 a responsive and polite man picked up the phone, tracked down my order, and had it ready when I arrived. He was helping multiple customers in a row with a great attitude. I showed up and he was helping a man get new wipers on his car in the active heavy rain, helped me with my ordered parts, immediately helped another man find a part for his vehicle, and proceeded to clean the store while I was walking out. After seeing his work ethic I asked for his name and wrote this review. Olly is a great asset for this store. Thanks for your help.

I called the store directly ahead of time to make sure they would be able to replace Key Fob batteries for my 2020 vehicle. Isaac answered the phone, and was VERY polite and courteous. He recommended a good time to come in for attention. Once I arrived, Issac helped me again, and was quickly able to change out the batteries. He was very careful and meticulous -- even on this small task!!

Dropping off used oil is a snap. Staff are always professional and helpful. Inventory is always great even for hard to find items.

Person at the counter had excellent product knowledge. I had a project and wasn't sure which product would work best. This representative cleared that up. I bought the best product for the job! Very dependable

They were very welcoming as soon as I pulled up. Eric was very helpful showed and explained each part that I was looking for and tried to get the best price. Will be going back for my next purchase.

I went to AutoZone to purchase bulbs for my headlights and Eric M. was very polite and gave helpful advice on installing the headlights in my vehicle I always go to this particular store even though there’s one closer to where I live because I’ve never had any issues with store and the staff is very nice and helpful

Had the pleasure of being helped by Mara. She was really professional, friendly, and informative on exactly what i needed. This place used to be dreadful to do business with but i love the new management. Will definitely come back and tell my fellow mechanics that this place had gotten way better to deal with!🙌🏽
