I’ve never had the type of outstanding service from here like I did today at lunch with Tay. He took my order fast, greeted me when I got to the window, took the time to put the sauce and napkins in my bag, and even asked whether I wanted a fork or spoon to enjoy my meal. He was very detailed with my order, courteous, polite, and PROFESSIONAL…which many places lack these days. Thanks, Tay, for making me feel like an appreciated customer, hope you move up in the company, you deserve it!

Ajah is the BEST!!!! I have become quite the regular and she knows my order when i pull up!!! amazing customer service, always good food, and i get excited to go to see my girl in the drive thru!!! when shes working, its a good day :) She also recommended the new dragon fruit freeze which is WAY better than I expected (im kinda picky, so i dont normally try new things) but it is SOOOO good.

You have to order using a touch screen in the restaurant which is like a giant version of the app on your phone, but it was easy and the staff was on the ball! I could hear the manager calling times on tickets. The woman working the line called me by name to verify part of my order. Food was hot and correct. Best taco bell experience of any in a long time.

Great customer service. Food hot and fresh. This great value for your dollar. Restaurant and parking lot was nice and clean.

I ordered no cheese and A LOT of times such a simple request is not met. These guys had our order correct and pretty good portions on our tacos. And all was in a timely manner. We'll be going back to this location.

I went through drive thru today. I ordered chicken tacos. My first time, since I normally don't do fast food. Something wasn't right with my first order so I went in to ask if they could make it over. I wasn't there one minute before manager Pam asked if she could help me! I didn't even need to explain because her exceptional customer service made me feel appreciated as a. Customer and she should be recognized for her excellent skills. Furthermore, the place was clean and I respect that!

Food was fresh and tasty as always. Order was correct. Drive thru attendant was nice and polite. Had to pull around and wait for it but I didn’t mind.

The location was clean and service was very fast. They allow dining in with limited seating. They have no contact payment and pick up of food. The restrooms were clean and the parking is ample. They offer drive thru and I think you can order and have grub hub, uber, etc. pickup the order. Overall it was a good experience with good food.

We stopped for breakfast while traveling. The food was great and prices were decent. They are a bit higher in price than Chattanooga, TN where we were traveling from. The service was quick and all food items were correct and hot. However, the cashier seemed to be in a very bad mood. She was rude, but we did not let that sour our experience.

Absolutley amazing! Service was fast, they got everything right even though our order was a little complicated, AND the food was outstanding. It tasted fresh and they made sure to give more bang for your buck. My father is super picky on his food and even he loved it. Amazing work guys!

I absolutely love the new kiosk's at taco bell. It's so convenient.

Traveling back to Alabama we stopped for lunch at this location and the young man at the register was so great. Got our order and wished us a Happy Mothers Day to those of us who are mother's. So sweet! After we were finished with our meal he took our tray and cleaned everything up. Then proceeded to walk us out and wished us safe travels back to Alabama! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Quick friendly service with a smile. Did not have cinnamon twists so they substituted them for nachos. Not a complaint on the workers. Just want another dessert option comparable in price so they can choose something besides chips and cheese.

I'm not a taco bell connoisseur, but this is definitely one of the better ones I've been to. Staff is friendly enough, and the food is made well and completely. Other TBs, and fast food in general, sometimes skimp on the ingredients. So far this location hasn't, which is nice.

Stopped in for a bite. Noticed a guy in a booth that looked down on his luck. Asked the cashier and she confirmed the man was indeed down on his luck. Got him some food ordered and the staff was very pleasent and polite to the man. By far the best experience I have ever has at any restaurant and the employees definately deserve a pat on the back

I ordered in the app and went in to pick it up. They were usually slow on my last visit. My food was ready in under two minutes!

I freaking love the nacho fries. I finally tried them after much enthusiastic persuasion from my older sister. Happy she guided me properly for once 😂. I frequently go to this location and the service is ALWAYS pleasurable on the late night shift.

The staff is always courteous. The manager, Kierra, did not hesitate to offer other items to compliment my meal and other items that she personally enjoyed. I did try one of her suggestions and I loved the quesadilla burrito. She did an excellent job with suggestive selling!
