Team went above and beyond. They did my inspection quickly and gave my car back clean. They also informed my of a few common and potentially expensive issues to be aware of on the 2022 Mini 4 door that I had not heard of. Overall, a great experience

They provide great service in a timely manner. They didn't try to get over on me by saying something else was wrong to make more money off of me or keep me coming back because they didn't finish the job the first time.

just used these guys to fix up my Mustang and they were great. the workers there give off a homey feel and not that awkward *in the mechanic taking your money vibe* like some places i know. the prices are fair and they give you a rundown on what you may need (ie: fluids, etc). overall very satisfied with their work and will definitely be going back for any/all my vehicle needs.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Recently, I need just one tire mounted on a new rim. They were able to work me in and get it done right away. Frank and his staff are trustworthy and competent. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

100% recommend this place. I brought my car car for an oil change, they were nice enough to call me back and tell me there was other stuff wrong with it. They went over it with me, as well as the price, and a time I could pick it up if i decided to go ahead and get that other stuff done. I was very impressed with their customer service, and their time management. They got the job done, with honest and reasonable prices. I was greeted by everyone with a smile, and was checked out with no issues. They did a great job! I will definitely come back!

I had engine trouble while passing through Frederick Maryland. I stumbled across them by chance when I got off of route 15. They worked with me and my primary mechanic to diagnosis the issue -- which is covered by my warranty. They took the time to not only explain things to me, but showed me everything they did and were going to do. Their labor rate is for the quality of service and knowledge of the staff is amazing. I highly recommend them.

Great service, fair price.

I’ve been very skeptical about mechanic shops, and have not had the most honest interactions with them. This is completely different with Rose Hill. They are genuinely a great and reputable company. They were able to look over a few of my vehicles and diagnose issues and give helpful advice on making sure I’m driving a safe and reliable car. Service was timely and even offered me a ride home so I didn’t need to wait in the shop. Will bring all my vehicles back here. Thanks!

I had a problem with a rear end noise on my SUV (Chevy Suburban). I had recently bumped a curb while navigating the heavy snow we have had in the Frederick area. Rose Hill Exxon quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. They provided an accurate estimate and got the work done ahead of schedule. The bill was the same as the estimate. Rose Hill was very helpful. They are professionals that get the problem fixed promptly. I would highly recommend them..

Honest/trusted mechanics

I've been using these folks for close to 20 years and they are fantastic. Top notch mechanics with tons of integrity, and wonderful customer service. They listen to what I feel is wrong with my car and then they diagnose the vehicle, call me with a detailed itemized estimate, and then repair what I approve. I typically call ahead to make an appointment, but on the days when I'm driving and my car makes a funny noise, I drop in to the garage unannounced and they are always willing to take a quick look at my car to see if what I'm hearing is a safety issue, or something that can wait to be fixed at a later date. They also provide me with information on preventive maintenance as to projected work and costs so that I am aware and can plan for upcoming maintenance. Bottom line, I completely trust these folks and they have never let me down. They are highly skilled in their field and absolutely reliable and honest.

Frank (the owner) is a straight shooter, and tells it like it is, along with providing excellent service. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, (although they will tell you if they notice something else while doing repairs, giving you a complete picture), and they always give you options when it comes to parts/work proposed. I've dealt with multiple auto service places around Frederick, and Rose Hill Service Center is as good as it gets.

Great little shop. They were able to get my car in for a last minute state inspection and they were upfront and honest about the time it would take.The staff was extremely courteous and they didn't try and up sell me anything. I'm not a mechanic, but I do a lot of work on my own cars and one test I give every new shop is I ask them if my car needs a part that I know it doesn't (new tires, fluid changes, brakes, etc.). Rose Hill did not try and sell me something I didn't need, and for that, I will come back to them in the future. Thanks guys!
