Superior Auto Service Center

Brought my vehicle via tow truck to Superior for the first time. I was very impressed with the service provided. Excellent service with regular and detailed updates provided by Dave in a very professional and clear manner. Definitely appreciate their effort to offer to fix other issues that my vehicle needed to have addressed that was not the original reason for it be brought to the shop. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I came in for my Maryland State Inspection and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They accommodated my needs for an appointment the next day and completed the work quickly! They called me to let me know the findings and their suggestions (which were given in a manner that did not at all feel forceful or pushy to have them complete their suggested repairs). The cost for the inspection was competitive but affordable compared to other shops in the area. They even offered to drop me off/pick up while the work was being done! I would definitely recommend Superior Auto Service to anyone looking for auto service in the Frederick area! Rare to have such a positive experience at an auto repair shop and I love supporting small/local businesses.

Superior Auto has a professional staff. They're Very pleasant, kind and they go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied. I've been going there for a few years and I'm very satisfied with their service would recommend them to anyone.

It’s hard to find a good mechanic, unless you’re a Superior Auto customer! :) I had lots of work done on my car—from an oil change to solving a “check engine” light crisis—and am beyond pleased with the work, as well as the price. Their customer service is outstanding too—icing on the cake! :D I’ll be back any time I need work done and I’ve already recommended Superior Auto to friends. Thank you guys for your hard work! :)

Nothing but positive comments here. I was able to make an appt on short notice. After hours drop was easy and communication the next day was timely.

Superior did a very nice job with my vehicle tuneup. They went the extra mile (really!) and gave me a ride to and from work while my vehicle was with them. I've been going to then for a couple years now and they are always awesome.
3 July: Another service, another smile.

Superior provide a through inspection of my RV to make a it ready for the season. In addition to the needed oil change, they serviced the disk breaks including new break pads. They also found and repaired some electrical rodent wiring damage in addition to replacing front shocks. All work done I just a few days and at reasonable costs.

The employees are always friendly. The get the work done quickly if you are waiting, otherwise they get you to and from your home. The work is always well done.

I totally recommend Superior Auto for any work you need done to your vehicle! Rob is the best! He is so helpful, trustworthy & goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule! Dave & Eric are great too!

Superior was able to give me a quick turnaround on repairs to my vehicle. Kept me up to date on repairs needed and what the price would be. Great people to deal with .

While service at Superior is always excellent, there are times when communication is not forth coming and I need to call them to get updates on my vehicle. Additionally, I had an appointment to drop off the vehicle first thing on a Wednesday morning. They asked if the end of the day was acceptable and I said yes. Well, believe it or not I didn't pick up the vehicle until early Friday afternoon. This is an inordinate amount of time to have a vehicle in the shop especially since I had made an appointment. I do not profess to know how they schedule their work, but it appears that they should be giving priority to established customers who have made appointments rather than accepting any one who walks through the door to have their vehicle serviced without an appointment. It would also be appreciated if they could provide updates on my vehicle rather than me having to call repeatedly for updates.

As the name of the company indicates, I have ALWAYS received superior service from both the well-skilled service technicians and the front office personnel. I have visited their Frederick , MD location on several occasions, and though I have moved to northern Virginia, I would not hesitate to return to them as they treat me as a valued customer and take care of my vehicle.

Superior Auto is amazing. Extremely polite and professional service. They remained in contact with me to keep me informed of things. They provided a fair price for great, honest service. No wonder so many people recommend them. And now I do, as well.

I work for A&E Factory Services and Superior Does a wonderful job fixing the fleet vehicles we have best experience I've had dealing with any other auto centers . They're helping and honest as they come. I recommend this place over any where in the Tri State area.
