What a great experience! Sean and his crew repaired a crack in our basement floor, thoroughly cleaned the area to eliminate any mold, and then installed a brand new floor in less than two days! Very professional.. efficient..we could not be happier!

Sean is a great person to work with. He is very responsive and most of all he is professional. He is always very upfront and honest about what to expect. He has replaced a sill plate and done work on our chimney. Both time I have been very happy with the quality of work done. I will continue to use him in the future.

We hired Fleming Remodeling to finish our garage with insulation, drywall, trim and paint. The work performed was excellent and competitively priced. We also had our exterior gutters buried underground along with an egress window with Rockwell shell installed in our basement to comply with code for a secondary exit in case of emergency. We highly recommend Fleming Remodeling as the quality of work and pricing was very fair, will use them again in the future as they are a one stop shop company that takes pride in their work.

Sean fixed an improperly modified wall in our new home. He’s communicative, punctual and does good work quickly!

I would 100 percent not use sean and his family again. I blame myself for not doing enough research on him and letting him leave paid. He literally left after being at my house for 2 1/2 days and charging over 7000 for redoing a previous contractors work. The cutting of my butcher block counter tops and shelfs are a joke. Not even straight lines . The caulk was all over and not even sanded . Terrible drywall job. My husband had to refinish it. And resand all of his work that he did or left without doing! I can't believe as a contractor he would even think this looked okay! Especially leaving dirty hand prints and finger prints on my cabinets and leaving sand / wood inside without cleaning. He said he was in business for 10 years but im confused how when not long ago he was in jail .. all makes sense now on what kind of person he is .

I don’t even want to give him one star!!! I don’t recommend anyone using Sean unless you want to redo all the work he says he’s going to do for you! Installed a ceiling fan and it’s falling out of the ceiling. He cut a hole in the wall to vent out the pellet stove 3 inches to high and left it! The baseboard trim had 1/2 inch gabs from floor to baseboard. I asked him to fix the finishing job 3 times and each time it got worse! They painted all the walls and ceilings and you could see all the seams! They painted over non sand able mud! I had to go and refinish all the finishing and pay out of pocket for all materials! I had to hire the painting out because the painting was terrible! My wood beams had 3/4 inch gabs because he bought the wrong size drywall. He thought he could trim around it however, it wasn’t square and looked terrible! He stained the beams while up on the ceiling and got stain all over the painted ceiling! I had to remud all the stained spots because it was bleeding through! I also had to redo the beams because they looked so bad! He painted over all electrical outlets so I had to buy all new ones! This is the worst craftsmanship I have ever been associated with in 30 years of me being in this line of business! I have been in contact with multiple people who have said the same thing about Sean!
