Even though we got there 5 minutes before closing, an employee who was leaving held the door for us, and the manager took our order. we were not rushed. Our order was fresh and hot.

DoorDash messed up our entire order. Brendan fixed it in the most amazing way possible and the driver wouldn't even accept a tip. THIS is how you become amazing at customer service. It wasn't even their fault and they fixed it. Thank you SO much!! ❤

Plenty of parking for non handicap and handicap. Easy to get in and out of. Very clean rest rooms. Food for my wife and myself was freshly prepared. Also very tasty.

I was very happy with the service especially with timing and the friendly atmosphere. Manager Patrick was the best! Did a great job! Would highly recommend this store!

Always a good choice if you're in Fountain area and want a good charbroiled burger . With all the food options , I'm sure everyone can find something tastey. Staff is always friendly and they have a sense of urgency . It's hard to find good fast food service that's worth it these days . Not the problem here.

Visited 4/20/24 at 5:45pm. The manager here is super accommodating and friendly. Food was excellent and the staff is awesome!! I highly recommend this location!! I'll be back again. Thanks for being so kind!! You Rock!!

I go here all the time, it always sucks. My order is always wrong but there’s never a line. This time you could hear chickens in the back but was told they were out of chicken.

I haven't had fast food in a while bc of gluten but they gave me a lettuce wrap on my burger and it was as good as I remember. Thanks again Kani

I went in looking for a snack, not a whole meal. Ny was my cashier. She was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. I ordered her suggestion (Taco Salad). It was fresh and delicious. The service was fast, even though it was lunch time.
I've been to other restaurants in the same area. This is my favorite now.

The people in charge of the road in the shopping center could maybe try to repair the road. It's awful. Not the restaurant's fault, but I usually avoid going in there because of how bad the road is.

The El Diablo burger was amazing. Huge for the price and so yummy

Today I was greeted with probably the best customer service I’ve ever received at a fast food restaurant. I was genuinely blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They kept apologizing for the wait because the fryer was heating up. How can I complain when I’m going to a fast food place to do for me what I don’t want to do, cook. Honestly the only sad thing was how shocked they were that I was kind! Treat your servers kindly folks!

Came through the drive thru and met Brendan. Great service attitude... genuinely real not that fake nice. Keep doing what you're doing man. Fountain Mesa!

Got everything I ordered in drive thru. Wasn't a long wait. Brendan at the window was very nice and got my food out in a timely fashion. No complaints.

Last night we went through the drive through and had an amazing experience with Todd! He was very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. He took the time to read back our order to us to make sure everything was correct before paying for our food which it was we paid and then he had our food out in less than a minute. He saw we had a car load of kiddos and threw in a few cookies. The type of employee Todd is, is exactly what you want for all your restaurants! Thank you for the great experience we will be back for burgers in the near future. The carls on North acedemy could use some help from this location 😊

It was freezing cold today while going on a food run. The young man at the window was really funny and patient despite the broken menu sign. Food was great as always.

This location is always amazing. I've never actually been in, only use the drive thru, but they're always super nice to us and love trying to give our pup a treat (even though she never eats them). Orders are almost always correct, if wrong, they correct it quickly and without any extra issues, the employees are super friendly, and the most important thing, the food is hot and made well.

Jordan is an amazing worker! He’s always positive and makes sure our order comes out correctly!
