Dr. DeLeon is a great dr. He takes care of his patients and knows how to treat them. I have a hard time seeing doctors and have a rare disease and have panic attacks but when I started going to dr. DeLeon it was easy for me. Nomore panic attacks on the way to the Dr. He always took good cAre of me and made sure I was ok with my disease. Thank you Dr. DeLeon for being the best Dr anyone could have.

From 2000-2007 one of the best ( if not the best ) in Flagler County. Actually looking to help people instead of his own bank account. I wish I could have him again as a primary care Doctor.

Great doctor! I wish he stayed with Florida Health Care Plans - if someone knows where he practices now please let us know.

I thought he was a good doctor I like his practice I'd like to know what happened to him his office is not the same without him in fact I went completely downhill then new doctors don't seem to care about their patients or at least they didn't care about me just took one look at me and now it seems like they're more about money then what their patience I wish Dr DeLeon would come back to the practice

I saw him after release from hospital, I was in hospital with bowel obstruction, he never even checked me for bowel sounds. Never actually advised me on a diet. He listened to me, but no good recommendations from him, just if I have pain contact them. Was really not impressed with his care. My nurse practitioner is more adept at doctoring. Was a waste of my time and insurance.

After seeing him for months. He didn't even know I was diabetic!
The last 3 appointments HE scheduled me for...
When I got there he didn't know what I was there for!
I MEAN REALLY???
And he can be very rude.

This is the worst Dr. I have ever had to see. He never examines you, only types on his computer. I was covered in hives and he never looked at them. I have had serious medical issues and he refuses to see me even after being in the hospital. He doesn't look at specialist notes or tests and every time my symptoms increase, he ask is I've ever seen a Rhuematologist when he himself sent me to one and I've told him I've been and was diagnosed with Lupus and he says I've not been diagnosed when all other specialists I have seen have said I have. Therefore I can't get the right medications during my flares and I always end up so bad that I can't walk or talk and my vision goes blurry and I end up back in the ER. I communicate through the whole process with De Leon and still can't get help trying to prevent an ER visit. He acts like I'm a hypochondriac and self diagnosing because he doesn't bother to examine or read my history or other Dr. notes. I wish my insurance had more options.

I died of septic shock in 2016. Still trying to get a transfer to neurology. My husband was missed diagnosed twice with wrong medication which they took back and destroyed. My husband also fell in his building breaking both arms a knee and a nose. He now has a broken hip and the doctor will not address why he is falling and has lost 3 pints of blood since May. Thanks for nothing.

This was by far the worst doctors experience of my ENTIRE LIFE. I waited almost 1/2 of an hour just to see a physician with whom spoke with me for less than 5 minutes. The nurse was that was instructed to conduct a strep test had to be reminded after 20 minutes of listening to her chat about personal nonsense in the other room. Seldomly do I go through enough trouble to write reviews, but everything from the physician to staff was atrocious.
