Dr. Patrick Garrett is the definition of amazing! He is so friendly, a great listener and just an overall kind person. I feel as though my needs and concerns are always heard and addressed. He’s great at explaining things about the human body at level that is understandable. I cannot say enough about how much I love Garrett Internal Medicine.

My husband and I visited Dr. Patrick Garrett today. I had an appointment, my husband did not. When I explained the health issues my husband was experiencing, I asked if he could take my appointment. They did not want me to miss my appointment, and instead, fit him in immediately. We were so happy for the quick response. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Garrett is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything anytime.

Dr. Garrett is so upbeat and positive. My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences with him. He actually listens when you talk to him, always gives me alternatives to my treatment, And never pushes any medication on me. I've had some really bad experiences with doctors as of late, not with Dr Garrett or any of his staff. I'm not sure where they were trained, but they need to send more medical people there from this area. Really got lucky when we randomly found him from our choices that our insurance company offered. Nursing/Assistant staff is awesome as well.

The most professional and courteous staff I have ever experienced. Dr Patrick Garrett is very thorough and friendly. He has made some small changes in my treatment and medications, which have improved my health. I highly recommend his practice to friends and acquaintances who are looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Patrick Garrett is a wonderful doctor! He is a caring and compassionate doctor. I've heard the same about Dr Christine Garrett too. The office and staff are accommodating, friendly and office is very clean. Dr. Patrick has the best, friendly upbeat personality! He always has a warm smile for you. He takes his time and actually listens to what is going on. I like the way he gives you options for your treatment. Their office is busy but he will take his time with each and every patient. I highly recommend their practice!

Dr. Garrett and his staff are fantastic. Everyone is competent, capable, efficient, and friendly. The care is superb, Dr. Garrett listens, takes as much time as you need. I couldn't be more pleased.

I went to Dr Patrick Garrett’s office experiencing a lot of pain ,his nurse was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for Dr
Garrett to see me. He was so pleasant and very sympathetic to my concerns. He wasn’t able to help me but he referred me to pain management and PT. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some relief. Thank you Dr Garrett

After making an appointment and being told that they accept my insurance, filling out all of their internal paperwork with all of my personal information that took almost an hour, I was called by a woman in the billing department and advised that in fact their office does not take my insurance. It was very matter of fact and cold. I then emailed the contact in the office Viviana, who was very pleasant during our email exchange and I asked her to please reconsider. She emailed me back and advised that the billing department woman stated that they are not taking any new patient with my insurance. Even though I was referred there by my best friend who has my exact same insurance and she is a patient. The billing department didn't care. I advised I had some issues that I needed to see the Doctor about her. The final statement to me stated that they could see me as Out-of-pocket self pay patient, ridiculous. I hate to write a bad review, not having seen the Doctor and I'm sure he's wonderful. But this office is uncaring unkind and just really reinforces the mentality that medical practices are simply about money. Money is more important than people and that is sad and it shouldn't be that way.

In response to the office. I do not have an out of network insurance. You currently have a patient, the one who referred me, and your office accepts our insurance. My guess is that the insurance company is difficult to deal with and your staff would rather not bother, because it is too difficult for them. They may be the problem in your office. They told me they accept my insurance. They stated that they are not accepting any new patients. If they had said that in the beginning, I would not be upset. However, they waiting until after requesting and receiving all of my medical history and the business day before is when my appointment was canceled. Check with your billing department.

Update Monday afternoon at 7 PM. Doctor Garrett called me himself and explained the insurance situation and guided me to where I could find AA comparable Primary Care Doctor.

Dr Christine Garrett has been seeing me since I moved to Palm Coast. She always listens to me and I never feel rushed. She really takes the time to address everything. I would not want to move to another practice and look forward to being a patient for years to come. I actually am sending all my adult children to her as well 😊.

Also, the staff is always welcoming and kind. My appointments and any referrals also happen in a timely manner.

This afternoon I saw Dr Patrick Garrett who was so very thorough of all my test results. He had two recommendations for me to decide which route I wanted to go. He is so very kind and understands how you are feeling. He is a wonderful, intelligent doctor.

Dr. Patrick Garrett is very courteous, attentive to patient's needs and concerns, available 24/7, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff personnel are professional and courteous.

Dr. Patrick Garrett and his staff are always smiling and friendly. One doctor’s office of many that I always feel welcome in and always leave with a smile on my face. Best doctor around

Dr Christine listened very intently. She asked pertinent questions and offered helpful advice. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a last minute appointment to discuss my simptoms.

When you first walk in you are greeted by friendly folks in the front office, seated in comfortable high chairs and treated to a Smooth Jazz Concert. I was waiting for the coffee and doughnuts to be served! My first impression couldn't have been a better one.

This is the kind of place you enjoy hanging out in rather than a typical sterile doctor's office. Beautiful pictures of European Architecture throughout the offices, it felt like you were visiting Italy or Greece as you walked around the office.

My wife and I had recently made the jump from our Medicare Supplement G plans over to an HMO 5 Star so we didn't know what to expect in terms of service. We were use to calling our own shots.

As for the doctors there are two, a husband and wife team each is a well trained internal medicine specialist. My wife is a patient as well and we have nicknamed them Doctor "He" Garrett and Doctor "She" Garrett. The name given as a token of our affection and gratitude for them. The staff is wonderful, kudos to Jaime who set up our appointments and Wilma for her expertise as well.

I needed a referral to a hearing specialist and got it the same day, no questions asked. Dr. "He" Garrett is a very high energy, positive physician who does what is in the best interest of his patients. I have the upmost confidence in his judgement and look forward to a long association. Also, I'm a Medicare Insurance Specialist and I will without hesitation and reservation recommend the team at Garrett Internal Medicine to my clients who need a PCP.

Just another easy day at the doctor's having my wellness check up. Only a 2 minute wait today and Dr Garrett was as jovial as always. Aces!

First visit with Dr. Garrett today. I am new to the area and needed a PCP. After meeting with him, I am glad he accepted me as a new patient. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Dr Patrick Garrett is always very attentive in listening. At the same time, he is quick with a diagnosis and/or medication. He’s very polite and has a great bedside manner, along with virtual appointments. This is very nice when we are ill with a cold, or the flu, etc.

My husband and our teenage son also are patients of Dr Patrick Garrett. We are all very happy with him as our doctor.

The ladies who take our appointments are friendly and precise with our appointments, along with getting us taken care of quickly..

Dr Garrett’s assistants are all so friendly and knowledgeable.
