Metro by T-Mobile

I came in to this location yesterday and was greeted by Tom. He was able to take care of my complicated situation about my mobile phone replacement with insurance and activation. He was more than excellent and went above and beyond to try to help me out and was extremely patient on the phone with customer service! All while still attending every client that walked in, as is could seem hectic handling everything all by himself for a moment! He never got frustrated and kept a positive attitude! I will only return to this location for now on and I will highly recommend this location. Please go visit this store if you're ever in need or want a new phone or tablet! He will give you the best service around! Thank you Tom, I appreciate your service! Also, David was great and helpful when I seen him on Friday!

The greatest service... I ever had at a metro store

I live in Pomona and this is the only place that I go for my cell phone needs! They always have great specials on phones and a large selection of accessories to choose from. I tried other cell phone stores but they aren't as honest, always trying to cheat a dude. But when I come here they're honest and give me good information that helps me make the right decision when buying a phone. I can't say enough about this place and how real they keep it. 5 Stars!!
