I went to the store, doing my little side hustle. I didn't know the store because I don't shop in malls, because there overcrowded, I asked one of the employees to help me find it.Addie went above and beyond her job!🙏❤ She helped me get in and out in no time..We need more employees like her, doing her job and knowing her job well! Great personality & beautiful smile ❤❤❤

Niyah at the location in Southpoint mall was amazing! She did my makeup for my vow renewal and was so patient and understanding. It looked amazing afterwards and I received so many compliments throughout the night. I highly recommend her and the products at Sephora, especially the Fenty products.

I believe Erica is the name of the person who helped me today. She helped me find an amazing foundation that works for my late 30s skin and I feel beautiful again! She was so friendly and she really wanted me to look my best. She deserves a raise! Thank you!

I recently had a bad experience at the Fenton Sephora location, but the Southpoint location completely redeemed Sephora! Erika was amazing and spent so much time with me trying to help me find a foundation that did not have my allergens and also matched my complexion, and that I was comfortable with. The other staff people seemed equally as kind and friendly! Thank you!

Karri was incredible at this location. I came here to find a foundation for my wedding makeup and she was so patient with me trying on many different brands and colors. She was very knowledgeable on the products and had an eye for what suited me best. She listened to my concerns and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. Ask for Karri if you come here!

Every single time I go into this Sephora, I know I will be greeted by kind and helpful employees. I love that there are employees who wear alternative makeup styles and many employees of color and gender/sex as well. I love shopping at this location because I know the employees are going to take the time to help me genuinely and offer great solutions to my makeup questions.

Thank you to Bree for taking the time to help me out during the hectic Black Friday Sale yesterday. She was able to shade match my brown skin for foundation in seconds and offer suggestions in many other areas as well.

In the days of dwindling customer service, it was refreshing coming to this Sephora today. I had low expectations coming in and resolving some issues with my new Sephora credit card. Even though it wasn’t their issue, Rosie (the manager), and Isabelle (associate) were extra accommodating and resolved my issue in a friendly and professional manner. They went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for caring ladies and your excellent customer service!

I was shocked to see they only have a 3.8 rating. I’ve been coming here for years (enough to be a “VIB”), and I’ve never had a problem. Every now and then I’d find out Sephora didn’t carry a brand I was looking for, but the customer service has always been great.

I stopped in at the Southpoint Sephora for a Color IQ Scan. Sala did the scan and was so helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain my results, do a foundation match in-store, and offer skincare and makeup product recommendations. I was even sent home with a few samples. Thank you so much!

Last Saturday (April 30th) I ran into this Sephora about 5 minutes before they closed. I was looking for some tinted moisturizer. THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL! I was greeted by a beautiful person who helped me find what I was looking for. When I had trouble making a decision another gorgeous employee came up and offered some guidance. Someone else who was clearly smiling under their mask asked me if I needed help finding other items. As I checked out I apologized for being in the store last minute. EVERYONE told me it was not a problem! No one rushed me. They helped me. What fantastic customer service!!!! Thank you to everyone who was working that night. What made it even more memorable was I love what I purchased.

I really liked this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Good presentation of food. Very nice staff. If I'm somewhere nearby again, I'll definitely stop by for a meal.

The manager Karen is such a very professional nice individual, she make you feel welcomed, I spend almost $200.00 monthly at Sephora, she is very quick to resolve any issue I have, and she so calm and friendly, give her a raise she deserves it, I’ve seen a lot of manger come and go at this location because I’ve been going for years, but none with the care she’s shows to the customer, also associated Ashanti is awesome at her job, I’ll keep going back if worker like these are there. Thanks Karen for fixing my Laura Mercier and not forgetting me.

I'm one of those people that only feels compelled to write a review whenever I've had an absolutely awful experience or whenever the experience has beyond exceeded my expectations - this is certainly the latter.

Even though I'm a 23-year-old college grad, I'm essentially a make-up novice. Make-up stores have always intimidated me with their overwhelming abundance of options and steep prices, but today, I decided to splurge a bit for the first time and go to Sephora. I didn't have an appointment (although I recommend making one if you are going to need a lot of help), but Jennifer just happened to be available and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.

My experience was as quick and painless as it possibly could have been. Jennifer gave me the most bang for my buck by helping me find high quality items that met my particular needs and were within my budget. She was incredibly patient, answered my every question, and was very genuine. She helped me find the right colors and shades for my skin tone and gave me options to choose from - I never felt pressured to buy any particular item. I felt like she truly went out of her way to help me because she wanted to. Absolutely awesome customer service.

I don't know if you read these, but if you do, I want you to know that I very much appreciated your help! You put my anxiety to rest and I walked out very happy with my purchases. Can't wait to play with them on my face later tonight :)

I'm a major makeup newbie so I always feel self conscious when shopping around beauty stores. I've often felt patronized or judged when at other stores. That definitely wasn't the case here. I came in today looking for color matching for some foundation and Iran, the woman who helped me, was amazing. She was patient, listened to my concerns and told me the pros and cons of various products. I was so impressed with her professionalism, especially since she was the only staff member in the store at the time. I never felt rushed at all. Thank you, Iran!

Dejon is incredibly good at her job. When I was there, she was the only staff member I witnessed & she was multitasking like a pro. She gave helpful suggestions & answered my questions about a certain product. She shined and deserves to be recognized for her hardwork & kindness!

I work here and we make sure that everything stays neat and sanitized properly. We have alcohol and hand sanitizer out for everyone to use and we do not allow people to touch testers without asking for assistance from an Advisor. We do our best to maintain the 6 feet distance and masks are required from everyone within the store.

First class service from the moment I walked through the front door. Young man asked if he could help me and when I told him I was looking for FAB cream he took me right to it. Another young lady opened a second register to check me out quickly. Great customer service and great attitudes! I'll be back!
